My review is solely based on my Realtor Ana Mendez…read more Ana was very patient with us. She. Stood by our side from the beginning to the finish line. She was soo responsive and always available when we had questions or concerns. As first time homebuyers we had tons of questions and whatever she didn't know she made sure to get a concrete answer for us. Her dedication is unmatched.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa Monroy to find and secure our very first…read morerental property and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Melissa was recommended to us by my brother, who had just bought a home and raved about how helpful and knowledgeable she was. We had been thinking about investing in a rental for a while, and after hearing about his experience, we decided to reach out. We contacted Melissa on a Wednesday evening, shared our criteria and budget, and by Friday she had already sent us a curated list of homes that matched exactly what we were looking for. After reviewing the options online, we reached out Saturday morning to see if we could tour the homes that same day in Modesto. Even with just a few hours' notice, Melissa made it happen. When we arrived, she had put together the most professional binder with all the details for each home we were seeing. We toured nearly all of them, and throughout the day, Melissa was an absolute joy to be around. Her energy, local knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Because we were looking at properties that spanned from Sacramento to Modesto, Melissa even brought road snacks for us and our child--a small gesture that showed how thoughtful and prepared she is. We decided to put in an offer on one of the properties and by Monday morning, we were already in escrow! Melissa was incredibly responsive and supportive through every step of the process. She stayed on top of all the details and was always available to answer questions or help move things along. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, treats you like family, and makes the home-buying process as smooth as possible, we can't recommend Melissa Monroy enough!

We never had any problems with maintenance or them sending out people to promptly help. Thanks again Jason for clearing up these details on what we were reading and very sorry for misunderstanding the situation you guys are great.

We were in contact for 2 months for his client to buy my house. My experience with him is that he doesn't return phone calls or text messages. It got so bad that we couldn't even get excited about buying our forever home because we were constantly getting disappointed because of issues getting our house to close escrow. If it wasn't for our agent doing double work wouldn't even have closed this loan in 2 months!
