The only reason I am leaving 1 star is so I can leave a review. I spoke to the owner, which he refused to give me his name, has the worst customer service! He was giving me two price options on an eviction letter, and when my follow up question was one option I can mail it and the other you would service it. THE OWNER JUMPED TO CONCLUSIONS and starting yelling at me and asked me if I will do this on my own and just calling to get information or do I want him to do it. After he was done YELLING AND ASSUMING, I said did you not only give me two options one mail and the other to service them. He never apologized for his tone, assumptions, nor his volatile behavior. WAKE THE FUCK UP we are in 2019, and you do not talk to women like that and think you can get away with it. STAY AWAY; he has no respect for women! I never leave reviews, but I had to create an account and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Update, few hours later.... As you all can clearly see in the owners response he is very condescending and confrontational. I didn't barge in and we were not rude. We assumed we went to a professional and trusted that he should know the process as he's been in business as long as he has. He did make us pay again and I have the receipts. He also took a few days to give us our corrected paperwork and not immediately like he claims. The clerks office asked us who did our paperwork and they've probably asked others also. That's why they were familiar with his errors. I only wrote the review so others can get an idea of how they might be treated. If I were the owner I would focus on tightening up my office and customer service rather that replying to reviews with such dismissive responses. Tania, the receptionist, and James, the owner of this company in the coach baseball jersey are very rude. Tania has a horrible attitude and so does James. Very poor customer service. They did not go above and beyond to help me and they showed me how professional they are. I will never come back. James has posted a reply(a babyfit), and seems to have no idea what my experience was like completely making my review into a fabricated story. My review speaks for itself and so do comments throwing a baby fit about God knows what. People trying to justify their poor crappy attitudes and baby fits shows their professionalism. read more

Just met with the owner, Jimi, and had a 20 minute consultation. Jimi was very informative and their prices are reasonable. He offered up a variety of options and addressed a number of our concerns (yelp review being one). I will definately use their service in the future. The receptionist greeted us upon entry and informed us Jimi was running a little late (we were early). She made conversation and answered some questions we had about the business. Would definitely recommend. We are very satisfied with the services and outcome. We had a very difficult situation with getting squatters in our rental out (especially during Covid-19 and non eviction ordeal) and Jimi got us through it and happy to say, got the squatters out!! I would definitely recommend AAA California document services to anyone that needs a trust or any other legal document prepared. My parents needed a trust done, so i took them to AAA CA Doc service and we met with Jimi. This was an unusual and very complicated trust for many reasons. Jimi was very helpful and patient during this whole thing. He took a lot of time to research on what was the best and most practical way for us to proceed, all of which he did on his own time. My parents are elderly and have health issues. Jimi made it easy for them by getting all additional information over the phone, so they didn't have to come to the office. This process was time consuming for him due to the complexity of it, but he was very accommodating, professional and polite through the entire process. I honestly don't think anyone else would have taken the time he did to complete this trust. The time and effort he put into this he could have charged my parents a lot more than he did, but he gave them a price up front and he kept his price even after he found out just how complicated it was going to be. I know this was very stressful for him because he wanted to make sure it was not going to cause issues in the end for us. Jimi was always respectful of the needs of my family. It was a difficult and drawn out process, but Jimi and Irma definitely made it tolerable and a lot less stressful. Jimi and Irma are both very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
