They wanted to schedule the mammogram at 9 and ultrasound at 10. I explained it wasn't good because I was diabetic and she understood. As I walked in, I saw cleaning staff cleaning the huge open foyer. CPRFIC shares a building with the pediatric hospital. Walking in the office, only one other patient at the front desk. I took a seat away from the front. The receptionist left the patient at the front to bring me my paperwork to fill in. Typical healthcare papers saying they are responsible for nothing that happens. Ten minutes before my appointment and the receptionist call me to the front, took my paperwork, asked if I had any questions, confirmed all was covered by my insurance and sent me back to my seat. Right at 8AM, I was brought to the back. The technician who did my ultrasound was pleasant and friendly. She made me feel at ease. The whole process was relatively quick. She brought me to a private waiting room to wait for my next appointment. This gave me time to eat the turkey wrap I had and drink water cause I was thirsty. Within ten minutes, 20 minutes before I was supposed to have my mammogram, I was greeted and taken to a private room. Got dressed in the ugly gown they handed me.
