After getting a few recommendations for the Flagship system, we were lucky enough to find the Clean Water Company as a nearby dealer. Natalie answered every question we had, was super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to get our filter up and running. She truly went above and beyond! We can already feel a difference in the softness of the water, and are looking forward to flushing the last of the sediment left in our pipes from the city water - and the clean, shiny fixtures that will follow. We can't recommend Natalie and CWC highly enough!

We also underwent a pretty extensive remodel and were concerned about hard water and limescale on our new fixtures. We found that The Clean Water Company had a solution to all of our needs and were very responsive and helpful in answering any questions. Ultimately we were persuaded by their customer service and the premium materials in their product. Having had the filter for some time now, we couldn't be happier. The water tastes and smells clean, and we have none of the buildup we were worried about. Can't put a price on the health and safety of our kids.

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.

I recently had a situation where the salt was not going down in my brine tank and the water didn't feel soft in the shower any longer. Brandon asked me for a couple pictures and description of the situation and then instead of charging me $150 fee to come out and fix it (which many might do)... He verbalized to me over text what amounted to a five minute fix. Just don't find people in this world today who are that kind anymore and I greatly appreciate Brandon and Pure Water Filtration for their kindness. There is no need for me to get competing offers anymore from Yelp... Pure Water Filtration is my one stop shop for my soft water system needs Do you won me over thank you!!!

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

Very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Love the system and everyone we have interacted with from the company has been great! I should add that when the system was originally installed Brad and I had a discussion about my vegetable garden and what would be the best solution so as not to get too much salt into that water as it would affect and potentially burn them. The installer was able to route our hose line so that it would continue to use unsoftened water and not affect my veggie garden. We are SO appreciative of this as we love eating our home grown tomatoes!!!

My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. He is a very personable guy and you can tell he is a complete water nerd, and that is a HUGE compliment. The man clearly does something that he loves for work. His family heritage is in water business too going back to Wisconsin, anyone from there knows the last name immediately. Fast forward to yesterday morning. Dan comes out to do the install. As you can see in the picture, Dan had to get fancy with the piping because of the requirement to be able to access the fire sprinkler system in the garage. This dude was an absolute artist with his soldering skills. He's definitely a measure twice - cut once, type of guy. Just a master at his craft and nothing less. Additionally, Dan installed a RO system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. We had one but it was from 2007 and we mainly used it for coffee water and dog bowl water because it didn't really taste the best but was safe for consumption so this upgrade was very much needed. My wife got home from work to two cups of water on the dining room table, I didn't tell her which one was which. One was a cup of arrowhead spring mineral water and the other was fron the new system. She was able to tell which one was the new system HOWEVER she said it tasted great and not like the previous system. So now, going forward, we will no longer be buying arrowhead jugs and consuming micro plastics on the daily. Wrapping up: A solid 10 star if I could review of a company.
