When I showed up to pick up my paddle board, I wasn't sure what color and size I wanted so he pull all the boards out for me and was patience as I was making a decision. He also offed to help me strap my new board to my car. I ended up getting the Kainalu 10 feet board. The board is amazing!!! Its light and fast! I couldn't of asked for a better board. I'm only 5 feet 110 lbs and I'm able to get the board on and off my Mini with no problem. After I had purchase my board a friend of mine decided to get one too so of course I referred her to Mark. She decided to go with the Nalukea 10 feet board. Once we got there she realized that she had purchase a double soft rack and there was no way we were going to that board strapped to her car. So Mark gave up two straps to use at no charge so we could get the board home. WOW!! Overall my experience with Pacific Fun Project was amazing! Great SUP boards and customer serivce!!!

They installed the fin and even loaded it on my car for me. Make sure to drive around the back towards the loading docks for their sales. Bring cash, they give cash discounts. They had fantastic deals boards for $40 cash only. Would definitely return to another sale and go better prepared.

I live in the northeast and therefore it only gets seasonal use on calm fresh water, no salt water. It has been used very little and was in excellent condition as I cared for it very well. A few weeks ago it began leaking air in the side seam for no apparent reason. I used the patch kit to seal the leak but was unable to prevent it from leaking air. It is obviously a manufacturing defect and when I wrote to the company via email I never received a reply. Not a good way to do business in my estimation. They could have at least acknowledged my inquiry. This is extremely disappointing. I waited all winter to use my board and now it is summer and the board is useless. Unless I hear some positive response from them I do not recommend anyone purchase their inflatable boards.

They have a lot of variety which makes it such a great surf shop to check out. It's really easy to find parking on the side of the building in their lot and/or street parking. Their customer service is great as well as they always greet us, ask us if we need any help, and also help when we do have questions. Everyone is really kind and helpful honestly. Makes shopping here such a good experience.

Rich?) was incredibly helpful explaining the differences in sandals, how to fit them, and with helping us figure out which were best for my kid. He let him try on all the pairs, talked to him about which were better for his needs and how they should fit. He didn't have to do any of this, but did! Challenge was they were sold out of my son's size. This man coulda tried to talk him into something else (wherein we would have left temporarily happy but ultimately displeased), but he did not. He sent us down the way to another local shop in the hopes they'd have what we needed (they also did not). We returned and he made sure to give my son the model info so we could buy the right ones on our own and was super helpful and pleasant about all of it. Sure, I would have preferred to buy them directly at the store, but it wasn't to be and unlike some big box or online place, he gave wonderful human service like only a small shop can. 100% recommend coming here for some shopping. Prices of course as quite inflated since it's so close to the Strand. If you need essentials stay inland for your sunblock and whatever. I love the Oceanside Low Life gear.
