I had them come out to put a backup sump pump last year. I don't really care about "fast" so much as I care about the craft and doing the job well. These guys did both, fast and just clean install. Second, tonight, even during the cold, our pipe basically burst outside. While both guys were super tired, they accommodated me. Our basement floor was wet so they knew this was important. Came right out after they could find a gap at the end of the day just to help us, it was the end of their day but they were courteous and did a great job not just replacing the valve and fixing the leak but they always provide additional tips and things to look out for which is awesome. It tells me they care about their craft and their customers, much like I care about programming as a craft and writing good code. So, you can't go wrong using these folks. Just amazing. I reached out to Jaryd with pics of my bathroom and we scheduled a time to meet. He and his team are busy (always a great sign!) and he prioritized coming over so we could get the ball moving. Jaryd is an honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable contractor, which I very much appreciate since I tend to ask a lot of questions and don't want fluff, but to tell me how it is. He provided great suggestions for products that he has used on other renos and clients loved. Not only that but provided contacts at different stores like Home Deport, Floor and Decor, and The Tile Shop, to make this process even easier. He also trusted me with what I was picking out as well. But would also provide feedback if he thought a better option was available. Now, to the good stuff: my bathroom looks incredible! (check out the before and after pics). His team was thorough, meticulous, professional, timely, kind, and very understanding of all the questions I had. (I had a lot!)
