The lack of integrity is astounding. Even based on their pictures, it is evident no service was performed. This company is unreliable and uses a bait-and-switch approach. The first service is done well and everything after is inconsistent or not done at all. Use at your own risk.

Not only does he always go above and beyond, but he is consistent, punctual, and provides service that others would not. For example, one weekend in the summer my wife's family was coming over and we noticed early on Saturday morning our pool was filthy. Our pump had broken and we didn't have a manual vacuum or anything to get the small stuff a net would not get. My wife texted him and asked if he could come out first thing (we were hoping for Monday/Tuesday) and he texted her back AND was at our door within 25 minutes of her text. This is just one example of him going above and beyond. All of our other pool services we have tried are super flakey, rude, and inconsistent. The best part about Steve is the communication. I understand margins aren't great in the pool business and he's spread super thin, so things are going to happen. Many of us leaving reviews think about service only in terms of our expectations without including reality or economic fairness. We ALL expect Fortune 500 treament/services but want to pay Dollar Store rates. My long winded point is that if Steve does need to change anything, he communicates with me and makes it work. That's all we ask for in a pool service and integrity as we don't know the equipment like an expert. With Steve, you have that in spades.

We were told that there are plenty of videos on YouTube, and then the installer left. He would have earned a larger tip if he dedicated more time to providing excellent customer service. $1400 on a pool pump with no provided instructions, yikes! Customers remember to check for manufacturer warranties and register your products immediately if purchasing equipment from them. We were not informed about warranties during purchase/ installation. I located the manufacturer warranty requirements during my online research.
