The customer service was over and above exceptional, even telling me to give the rocks time to make the tank ready when I mentioned what type of crustaceans I was interested in buying. That they were more concerned with the tank being ready adding creatures than making more sales immediately was mind blowing. Felt more like hospitality than shopping. When I mentioned I lived about an hour away, the owner double bagged with plenty of water to be sure everything would arrive in good shape. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jim who helped us in the saltwater department. They have a lot of beautiful fish, coral and other saltwater creatures. We ended purchasing some cleaner crustaceans at the advice of Jim to help keep our new aquarium clean. We purchased Mexican turbo grazer snails, emerald crabs and a Goby. We also purchased a pair of Banggai Cardinalfish but unfortunately one didn't make it. The only thing I couldn't understand is why the floor was so wet in the saltwater department. First time I experienced that in an aquarium store.
