But they didn't call; they took the flowers back to the shop. So she didn't get the flowers on her birthday. We told them about this when we picked the flowers up today. They didn't apologize, they just said "sometimes our drivers call and sometimes they don't". I called around 2:15pm to cancel the order as I needed to go out and wouldn't be home to receive the order, I was told that they are able to leave it at the door even if no one was home to receive it. That it wasn't a problem so I kept the order. They said it would arrive no later than 4pm which was fine. I come back home at 5:40pm and the arrangement still hasn't been delivered! I waited all day for nothing. I am very unhappy, this is unacceptable. I have never received this kind of service anywhere. Truly disappointing. Edit: They finally came to deliver the order around 6:10pm. And I am shocked with what they were trying to give me. I ordered the deluxe You're Golden Bouquet by Teleflora (Sunflower arrangement) and instead was about to be handed a small box with small daises and yellow roses that looked like no effort was put in when making it. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know that they had run out of those flowers and decided to make something else. I would have canceled if that was the case. Unbelievable.
