One of my tanks started to produce excess slime and had a much higher tds than normal due to a mistake on our part. Paul caught the problem immediately and let me know so we could take care of it. Ben comes to us monthly and makes sure the tank is clean, all the fishes are safe and happy, they have fresh water, etc. He provided us an auto fish feeder so we don't have to worry about our fishes not being feed when we are busy. His fishes and tanks and services has really made our place a lot more better and my friends enjoy watching them too! Ben's very patient to the fishes. I booked a grooming appointment for my small dog at the Bridgewater, NJ store. She was a little bit…read morematted, but nothing excessive. The appointment was with Izzy, who, after barely examining my dog, explained that she was not very experienced and asked if I really wanted her to groom my dog. When booking online in advance, there were no requirements, warnings, or options to choose a groomer based on experience level. While I appreciate Izzy's honesty, if she is not comfortable handling small dogs or dogs with minor matting, she should not be listed as available for grooming appointments. Perhaps she would benefit from continuing as an assistant until she gains more confidence and experience. It was frustrating to waste time driving to the store and stressful for my dog to make the trip only to leave without service.
