Foraker did a fantastic job on my patio and landscape. The workers were hard working, polite, and knowledgeable. We are so happy with how it turned out. Will definitely use them again! read more

I would never use Foraker again. Their communication is terrible and they do subpar work. Here's my experience: I had pooling of water on the side of my house during/after it rains. I call out Foraker for solutions and they quoted me for a trenched drain (which would tie in 2 downspouts and a sump pump outlet) and grading of soil in that area. I was led to believe either one would solve my issue. I opted for the trenched drain (which was the more expensive option) because I hoped the final product would look better. At this point, the quote was only given verbally and my agreement was only verbal. I was expecting them to send me a contract to sign outlining the work to be done but that never happened. Next thing I know, I get a text saying they will be out tomorrow to do the job. They completed the project and left without saying a word. I inspect the work after they left and was disappointed with it. They used black corrugated pipe to connect to my white downspout and left it duct taped together. On top of that, it rained the next day and the problem still persisted. So now I contact them expressing my concerns about the quality of work and the persisting issue. I get a very rude response from the owner (Trevor) that he is not changing the pipe color, the duct tape just needs to be removed and the persisting problem is because I didn't do the grading. He stated (in text) that they will come out and put a drain box at the low point of the pooling and tie it in with the drain. I never responded because I was looking into other options. Shortly after with no notice or even a knock at the door, Foraker is back installing the drain box that was never even approved by me. Again after completion, the workers left without a word. A week later it rains, surprise surprise the pooling is still an issue because the soil around the box is lower than the box itself. I get a call from Foraker about payment and I explain the still persisting problem and the remaining issue of the pipe color. This is when the owner THREATENED to come to my house and rip out all the piping because "it's his since you haven't paid for it yet". That's the type of response you can expect from them if you criticize their work. I was the one forced to diffuse the situation and compromise with subpar work. Now I paid $2500 for a drain and drain box that doesn't resolve the issue and that I didn't even ask for. Also stuck with mismatching pipes that I was told to "just spray paint" by the company. All because Foraker doesn't want to fix things the right way and doesn't care about their customers. The owner kept saying how he has 20+ years of experience and I'm surprised they lasted this long with this type of attitude towards customers. read more

I have video surveillance on the property and I was home so I was very aware that the team of 3 spent 2.5hrs and I would also include 0.5hrs in travel. When I got the bill, I saw I was charged for 4 hrs so I called and stated the above. The man on the phone was extremely rude and verbally aggressive. He stated that he had been in business for X amount of years, they don't need my business and then he hung up on me. I did pay them for service for 3 hours because the service was done and the team of 3 were not to blame for their ill-mannered and ill-tempered colleague but I would warn homeowners to stay away from this company. If you go to dispute a charge, you will have to deal with an intense amount of aggression. It is extremely unnecessary to retaliate against an individual who is merely disputing a charge. read more

This guy, Trevor, may lack some cards in his mental deck. I contact the company online. The next day he asks me to provide: (1) pictures of the project, (2) description of the project, (3) timeline or date when the project should be completed, (4) if I have in mind a budget, (5) property location, (6) contact phone number. All normal, right? Yes, of course. I provide all the information, carefully describe the project, take pictures, post them online (too big to include in the email), and provide all info. I told him I don't have a budget in mind and I am looking for an estimate. The next day the guy answers: -------------------- We perform all repair work on an hourly basis. $75 per man hour + material costs Thank You, Trevor Foraker Foraker Landscaping Inc ------------------ My response: -------------- Trevor, I sent you a description of what I need, I took pictures, uploaded them online, and send them to you. I don't understand why you needed all these details if all you tell me is the charge per man per hour. I cannot assume how many hours and how many people are needed to do the work. I contacted your company to get a professional service, not to hire men by the hour. If you can provide more details, or like to drop by and check it yourself, you are welcome to. If not, please let me know so I can look elsewhere. I honestly tired of companies that claim to provide great service and I have to run after to beg them to take a job. I hope you understand. -------------- No response anymore. You judge yourself if this guy is normal. What use is to be good at something if you cannot communicate with customers. Trevor, go work for another company, don't waste the time of homeowners in the Bucks County area. read more

Just had Trevor and his crew out for the 2nd time for some light hardscaping/landscaping around our pool... they had done such a great job around our deck a few years back that I didn't hesitate to call them out for this job. They didn't disappoint... it looks amazing. They were able to perfectly match up the stones and made it look seamless, like both jobs were done at the same time. And the cherry on top? They were cheaper than the 2 other estimates I had received. Despite a setback by a wicked hailstorm in July, the job was completed quickly and completely. Foraker will be my only call for future projects... read more
