(small business/Veteran) I have to say....our lobster tank "tanked" on us, and low and behold, Crystal Clear came to our rescue. I can't say enough GREAT things about this company and its staff. The president of the company even got involved to make sure we were good to go. These days, everything is so expensive, but Crystal Clear went above and beyond to make sure that we were up and running in just a few days even though they are in PA. Just for the record, we are a small business and when it came time to purchase the Stark SLS-80 Bullet lobster tank, I could not believe that the president of the company made a way for us to pay within our means to make a fair and honest deal. This company will make darn sure you are happy with your purchase and beyond. Paper work was simple and no fine print crap! They make sure you understand every aspect of the deal before your purchase. As an owner of a famous seafood market (Look up Eve the Calico lobster) I could not be with out a dependable tank and all parts of high quality. Thank you Rob (President of the company) for your time and highest possible customer service. Like I said....This company is not about your money...they are about long term service and solid relationships with customers.

Also, since this is a nonprofit, if you have spare time, maybe volunteer to help them answer their phones (they never do), or donate $$ (since they don't require it for their services) or supplies.

My wife and I went here because of the outstanding experience, our daughter had adopting from Green…read moreStreet, via the Le Cat Cafe. We made an appointment to go to the café, which was not necessarily productive for us. We were looking for two adult cats. When the café gets crowded, it's difficult to get a feel for the individual cats, let alone how they interact with each other. We ended up speaking to one of the team members who was able to access three pairs of bonded cats currently in their foster system. There are literally dozens and dozens of cats and kittens available beyond the ones who reside at the café at any given time. We were fortunate that Kathy, the owner, stopped by and overheard our conversation. She was able to reach out to three foster homes on our behalf and expedite visits. The two foster homes/families we visited were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, gracious, generous with their time, it was just a wonderful experience. We fell in love on our first visit and were able to adopt Dennis and Twiggy, both about a year old. Both had been in the system, pretty much their entire lives. Twiggy was shy and skittish, and only gradually came out of his shell. Thanks to bonding with Dennis, the tabby. When people wanted to adopt Dennis without his pal, the foster family held firm, ensuring the two would stay together For both of their well-being. That's the kind of care the people involved with Green Street take when it comes to their feline friends. They put the cats first. They lead with love. It has been a month as of today, and we are very much a happy family again, thanks to welcoming Dennis and Twiggy, and thanks to Morgan, their foster mom, and everyone working to distinguish Green Street.

Prior to working with Daniel, my dog, Eugene, would bark, spin, mouth, run, and turn into a high-energy dog whenever someone entered my space, then stay high-energy after they left. It made me nervous having guests over. I put off dog training because I thought I could Google and read my way to a solution, we had a decent foundation in obedience on our own, and, frankly, Eugene and I had been stuck in our ways for some five years together. I wasn't sold on dog training. How wrong I was! Daniel's expertise went above and beyond anything I could've figured out myself. He helped me apply the obedience work we'd already done to create stronger boundaries and a better relationship. He noticed a few quirks in Eugene that meant generic dog advice just wasn't enough. Because Daniel has read so extensively in addition to his real-life experience, he could call out advice I'd picked up that wasn't serving us or help put it in context. Daniel is also dedicated to making the training process efficient -- he's not trying to sell you sessions you don't need -- and he makes himself available between sessions, which was a godsend as we were working through new behaviors. The result is a dog (and an owner) who is more confident and less anxious. Eugene has become a pleasure to be around, and I am so grateful for this. Thanks, Daniel!
