We had no way of contacting our children, who were in transit in Europe. We used the internet to find a listing of companies who could help us. We called AquaticStart LLC, and we are so glad we did. Within 5 minutes, Joe Montalvo, the owner, was on his way and arrived at the house 30 minutes later. He quickly drained most of the water from the tank, helped us get a 46 gallon fish tank as a stop gap measure, then moved the fish. Somehow he manged to save all the fish. The Fish Factory is a small aquarium store with everything you need to have an aquarium. We had…read moretrouble finding the store even with GPS and it took us to a back parking lot behind the adjacent gentleman's club lol. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jim who helped us in the saltwater department. They have a lot of beautiful fish, coral and other saltwater creatures. We ended purchasing some cleaner crustaceans at the advice of Jim to help keep our new aquarium clean. We purchased Mexican turbo grazer snails, emerald crabs and a Goby. We also purchased a pair of Banggai Cardinalfish but unfortunately one didn't make it. The only thing I couldn't understand is why the floor was so wet in the saltwater department. First time I experienced that in an aquarium store.
