We had no way of contacting our children, who were in transit in Europe. We used the internet to find a listing of companies who could help us. We called AquaticStart LLC, and we are so glad we did. Within 5 minutes, Joe Montalvo, the owner, was on his way and arrived at the house 30 minutes later. He quickly drained most of the water from the tank, helped us get a 46 gallon fish tank as a stop gap measure, then moved the fish. Somehow he manged to save all the fish. He did a remarkable job of minimizing the damage to the house while saving the fish. We are very grateful to Joe for his help. We highly recommend his service to all. Hal & Virginia Wynnewood PA

(small business/Veteran) I have to say....our lobster tank "tanked" on us, and low and behold, Crystal Clear came to our rescue. I can't say enough GREAT things about this company and its staff. The president of the company even got involved to make sure we were good to go. These days, everything is so expensive, but Crystal Clear went above and beyond to make sure that we were up and running in just a few days even though they are in PA. Just for the record, we are a small business and when it came time to purchase the Stark SLS-80 Bullet lobster tank, I could not believe that the president of the company made a way for us to pay within our means to make a fair and honest deal. This company will make darn sure you are happy with your purchase and beyond. Paper work was simple and no fine print crap! They make sure you understand every aspect of the deal before your purchase. As an owner of a famous seafood market (Look up Eve the Calico lobster) I could not be with out a dependable tank and all parts of high quality. Thank you Rob (President of the company) for your time and highest possible customer service. Like I said....This company is not about your money...they are about long term service and solid relationships with customers.

His fishes and tanks and services has really made our place a lot more better and my friends enjoy watching them too! Ben's very patient to the fishes. Best children's boutique EVER!…read more This adorable shop is a dream come true. I was looking for a few special things for an as-yet to be born grandchild and found way more than a few things! Not only has the owner brought in locally made pieces (think hand knit sweaters and smocked dresses), but she also carries fabulous children's designers I hadn't seen anywhere else. Beth (the owner) kindly indulged me in my grandmother fantasy, and happily introduced me to some of the great books and games she carries, too. I left with a "Letters to my Grandchild" book - the first of many purchases to come, I'm sure.

She also features clothing made by local seamstresses and knitters. I appreciate being able to support local artisans in this way. For a recent family wedding, she arranged for a seamstress to prepare a bowtie with fabric she helped me select--very generous with her advice and experience! She also has a generous return policy for items that do not work out for whatever reason--unusual for a small business. With so much on line shopping, we are fortunate to have this small shop with a beautiful selection and great service.
