Not sure why that is. The purses/handbags selection is hit or miss when it comes to style, price, and quality. However, I have seen some great brands. I was miserable wearing the gown for my granddaughter's affair this past June 2026. Sara & Lyla are both inconsiderate & disrespectful & Sara was harassing me on the phone. Then she impatiently rattled off a list of everything they do not take even though I've consigned there several times and she knew it .She seemed really impatient and ticked off that I would have even been so rude as to bring clothes in to be consigned, Even though I made an appointment. The tracking of the items is a joke. And you are the one who has to stay on top of everything, Even though you obviously don't work there and have no access to what's going on. They should have at least an email system reminding me that your consignment time is over, but they are not accommodating at all. They just take your clothes and do what they want with them. And you're pretty much held responsible for any problems. It always smells bad. They could at least open the door and let in fresh air.
