I scheduled weeks in advance to have my windows cleaned. I confirmed the morning of to make sure they were coming. They confirmed and gave me a 2 hour window between 12 and 2. I received a call at 11:45 that day that they were not coming. I was given no reason why, No apology. The person just asked if I wanted to reschedule. I took off work, moved all my furniture and took down my blinds wanting to accommodate the workers and make there job as seamless as possible. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM. TERRIBLE! They do not even deserve 1 star, but there is not a lower choice. Do not use these people. I live in metro Atlanta. Fee higher than quoted for gutter cleaning. Crew was rude, and I worried they were casing my home. They refused to remove the debris collected from my gutters. They left the debris in dirty, wet, open garbage bags in my front shrubbery. I had to pay more in cash to have them remove the debris. The owners were of no help. They defended the crew and the overall operation. read more

I filled out the form on the APS website and received a call from Ryan the next morning. He set up a work date for later in the week, offering me the choice of a morning or afternoon appointment. The 2-man team showed up promptly at 8:30 AM and went to work immediately. They were efficient, quiet, and tidy as they moved from one side of the house to the next. They finished within 2 hours. This was for 49 windows and a sunroom. Everything looked spectacular. Heather took care of the payment over the phone and sent a receipt within 5 minutes. I am in Ave Maria, Florida. This is probably the worst company in the United States. They do not assume the commitments they make (they do not show up) and they themselves cut off the service when we are asked for a second visit, 3 months after the first to do the cleaning, claiming that "it is not profitable for us"!! Only because I had to have a star to write a review did I put a one-star in. WE DO NOT recommend this company. We live in Gainesville, GA. In order to have our windows cleaned, the company will only come out for more than one house due to travel. I totally understand that logic. However, I don't understand when they schedule you between 8am - 9am and they still have not arrived, and it is now 10:30am. When we contacted the company to ask where the crew is, we were told, "They are on their way, we can't control traffic." That is the most unprofessional reply I have ever heard. We all live in the Atlanta area, and we know how bad traffic can be. As a professional myself, if I have an appointment scheduled at 9am and it is an hour away, guess what, I leave extra early to make sure I am not only on time, I am early. Never showed up for first appointment last week. They said they were in an " accident " I understand that if it happened. We reschedule for today between 8 and 9. At 9: 30 my wife called and they said they were in traffic. I called at 10:30 and was told by Heather that they did nothing wrong and that I was being rude. She should be named Karen. She then said that she won't listen to me talking to her that way and then said F... you and hung up. Not professional and will easily be replaced. First of all multiples calls and no one answer or getting back at you !!! We have been trying to schedule a appointment with these people for several month and we are done , got finally a appointment last Monday and waited for them 2 hours and never showed finally someone called to let me know they were running late ok I said let's reschedule because i waisted all my morning , he said Saturday let's do next Saturday ... same window 8-10! I had these guys clean my gutters July 2018. I had them out again August 2019. They are punctual (latest appointment they were almost an hour early), fast, and thorough. They get on the roof with a bag and they scoop out the debris from the gutters by hand (glove) and put it in the garbage bag so you can see what they are taking out of the gutters. In 2018 I opened the bag and it was rank so I closed the bag and didn't bother to check this year. They even took the gutter guards off of the gutters in the front and scooped out the stuff that got past the gutter guards. Then they use your hose to flush all the gutters ensuring the water flows through the downspouts and there is no blockage. I did not check their insurance, their credit, their visas, or their work permits. But I will call them next year to clean my gutters again. read more

Scheduled for window cleaning and house wash. Work was adequate, however upon arrival drove into my basketball goal bending the pole beyond usability. After finding out that the email and Facebook page on their flyer wasn't applicable to the local business( was for the APS Window cleaning in Birmingham, Ala.), called and sent a follow up email with pictures of my damaged basketball pole. More than a week later I have not received any communications from the company. I do not recommend and am suspect about them being insured. Talking with attorney. read more

Hired to do 3 services (gutter cleaning, house power wash, and driveway/sidewalk cleaning) in Johns Creek, GA. Everything fine except they didn't finish the sidewalk cleaning and left. Called Heather/Jason numerous times to get the job finished. Heather promised a date to have them come back out and finish what I paid for, but they never showed and now APS isn't returning any calls. Buyer beware. read more

Scheduled them to clean gutters and windows. They said they had insurance and I asked to see a copy. Said they would bring it. Workers got here but no insurance certificate. Their workers left after an hour. Called office and they said they don't show insurance certificates. Hire at your own risk. read more
