Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. One of my two drain handle controls quit working a couple months ago. I final got around to calling Ella's Bubbles company to find out about repair. I was instructed to notify company that installed. I called Brandon at Eco Plumbing and a few days later two of his workers came to figure out problem. I was informed the subfloor would need to be cut into from below to access cable to drain stopper and new cable approx $100 not counting install. I said no to floor hole cutting as company states this should be accessed through access door in front of tub. This visit cost me $350 for nothing! I will be putting formal complaints with company.
