He told me that he didn't have my order by he could schedule me for today (Friday) at the end of his day. On a follow up call today to inquire about our repair appointment, this creep declined to come out because he states the order never was dispatched to him by the warranty company. I contacted AHSW and the service rep informed me that he cancelled the order because he does not service my brand. So instead of calling me to inform me he does not service my brand, he chose to deny the order was dispatched to him. Telling me the truth would have worked nicely. You need not lie, just be honest. Honesty is so important because it says much about your reputation when you are caught in a lie.
