I REGRET SHOPPING HERE. Delivered product was not what was discussed and arrived with a piece…read moremissing, which when delivered was also not as expected. Communication and customer service seem pleasant and reasonable on the surface while in the store, but shamefully poor when something goes wrong. No accountability and no remedy - basically I was told "we're not liable" and figure it out yourself. All I can do is warn others to stay away. I will NOT return for my kitchen and door projects as I had previously planned.

Novak & Parker has been our go to provider since 1980. Always excellent service and pricing…read more Alex is a wonderful employee who answered all our questions and concerns. The big stores treat customers like a commodity and their prices are always higher. Alex shared all the advantages and warranty information for the GE Oven/Range we purchase, and it was installed in less than 1 hour. Can't say enough good things about the buying experience at Novak & Parker which is rare nowadays at most appliance locations. Alex is a valuable asset to your company ! 40 later we still get all our home appliances from a company that cares about its customers. Thank you, Lawrence McDermott

They do a basic triage over the phone before sending out a repair person. We lucked out by getting Rafael to check the issue with the dishwasher. He is articulate and works fast. He made sure the repair was successful and also cleaned up after himself.

This was the first place we went after our 20 year old fridge went out…read more Alex really was so knowledgable and we took our time looking and making our decision. We got our fridge delivered that night and our food didn't spoil. We were able to box up and put in the garage. I'm happy this happened in January so we could put our food out there in the garage. He showed us new, used, scratch and dent and we considered all of the options carefully. It was an easy place to shop and we will for sure go back when our next appliance dies. Thanks Alex! Did find a fridge with a good price with minor dent. paid the asked price and paid for delivery with installation. This is the last thing that went well Was promised a Saturday morning deliver. They use a 3rd party delivery service and never scheduled with them. When I called the store to get it resolved, they three-way called the delivery person and tried to make it my issue to work out with him. Needless to say, it did not get delivered as promised. When it was delivered, they wanted an additional $65 to bring it in as the doors had to be removed to bring in. Its less than 5 min work to remove and put the doors back on. Called store and quit arguing when then got it down to $20. Then the delivery guy wanted another $50 to connect the water claiming the old line was "too old". It was only a couple years old and a 1/4 plastic line like every other water line for a fridge. Let him finish installing and only gave him $20. So, I they messed up the delivery. Handled it badly. The delivery person tried multiple ways to upcharge then still ended up shelling out $20 extra. Not a large sum but it was wrong to be charged. Is having integrity and pride in the service you deliver a lost art. Greed is not a business tactic.
