Clothes dryer not drying properly. Contacted Svilen on Monday and got a response within 10 minutes. Contacted by phone and outlined problem and set up a repair. Lost a day on response due to snowstorm on Tuesday day, but Tuesday night received a text for a 2 hour window on Wednesday. Svilen came out within the time window and diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a little over 20 minutes. I felt the price for the repair was fair. I would highly recommend. read more

Neb was very prompt and brought everything he might need to repair the oven. He gave me an accurate and fair quote. He was able to complete the repair in well under 30 minutes. read more

Svilen was very responsive - and came out to our home the same day we reached to him. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issue, and explain what needed to be done. Completed the appliance repair for us in approx 45 minutes. Amount estimated/charged seemed fairly high for less than an hour's work, as only a couple small parts were needed. Didn't receive a receipt or written breakdown of the repair work that was done - will be sure to request in the future. read more

We got off to a rough start because my dryer started making some noises I had never heard after he replaced the top of my dryer. However, he was able to show me what was causing the noise and showed that it is normal. Im sorry to jumping to conclusions but thank him for the good and professional work he did. My dryer looks much better now! Thank you for your time and good work! read more

My refrigerator temperature was up to 50° when I called. He was here within three hours and had it repaired in an hour. It was excellent work and reasonably priced. read more

Chalk up another 5 star review to go along with all the rest. We had a problem with our fridge/freezer on Monday and Tuesday he was out. It was fixed that day for a reasonable price. It is exactly what we needed. read more

Quick response and did not try to take advantage of us. Washing machine did not need repair and was only charged for the visit. read more

My freezer ice maker stopped working, so I turned to YouTube to try some easy fixes. When nothing worked, I contacted GSR and spoke to Svilen. He explained how pricing worked and he was able to come to work on the project later the same day. Within about 45 minutes of arrival, Svilen had diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad ice maker, and cleaned up. I'm happy with the service and my wife is happy to have ice again. read more

Had a LG washer problem and this company was actually recommended by a competitor. Svilen responded almost immediately. I described the problem to him and he was out with the proper part to complete the repair in less than 24 hrs. Would definitely use again. read more

Great service. I thought I would be extremely lucky to have someone out to my house that day but within two hours of placing my call, they were out to my house and had my dryer fixed within about ten minutes of their arrival. read more

I called because my washing machine was not draining, even after cleaning the filter and tubes of any blockages. The guy scheduled service the same day I called, called me back 20 minutes before he would arrive, and did an amazing job on the machine. He was so good, he could do it blindfolded. He did not waste my time experimenting, figuring anything out, looking for screws in the machine or parts in his truck. He already knows where every screw is, and he has the right tools and replacement parts. And he did not make a mess at all in our laundry room. I will definitely use this company again. Price is reasonable. Service is top notch. Efficiency is unmatched. read more

Our oven range was not heating up to the bake temperature; so, I called G.S.R. Svilen was super efficient. He arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed, quoted the job and fixed the oven within the hour. It was the bake igniter that needed replacement. Highly-recommend this company to friends and neighbors read more

He did a great job was quick on the dryer repair had to replace a couple of parts, was a bit pricey but would still highly recommend!

Wow! What a great company. I called around 1:30 pm. It's now 2:30 and my dryer is fixed. I called and Svilen answered he had me text him the information he called me back and was at my house in 20 minutes. If you need an appliance repaired call them they are fantastic!! read more

Our dryer stopped working all of a sudden. You would be surprised how many people in this business gave me a hard time before I found Svilen. Three companies I called were rude and were like I don't know, buy a new dryer. Seriously? I called Svilen cause he had great reviews and he earned this five star rating as well. Came out same day to look at our dryer, took apart the whole thing and was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. Even took the time to explain to my (handy) husband exactly what happened and what he was going to do to fix it. Put everything back together and cleaned it up and its as good as new! Now he earned my future business and referral business. Thank you! read more

I called for help with my fridge and was scheduled for the next day. In the interim I provided my model number so that they could come prepared with commonly needed parts. The repair person tried several alternatives before determining that a repair was more costly than a replacement. I appreciate the responsiveness and effort to resolve the issue in the most cost effective manner. Would use again - highly recommended! read more

Great service and repaired our dryer in no time. Price was fair and pleasant to deal with. Showed up on time for appointment scheduled in advance. Would highly recommend using this company for appliance repair. read more

We had a dead mouse stuck in our lint trap that we couldn't get to. We gave them a call and after checking our address to review his schedule, he gave us a call back in an hour, saying he would be there in 20-30 minutes. 20 minutes later, he arrived, despite having a broken foot, and was able to come downstairs to take apart our dryer. He put the "corpse" into the plastic bag I held to dispose of it. After cleaning out the lint trap, he put the dryer back together promptly and ensured the digital display ran correctly and had me check the heat was coming back on the dryer. Overall, a great job with quick return call and very professional service! read more

The guy was extremely rude over the phone when I inquired about his services. Maybe, it was the time of the day but will not recommend!

Our whirlpool french door refrigerator started making a loud vibrating noise, the temperature was not being maintained, and it stopped making ice, too. I researched a few applliance repair businesses because I have been burned before. I found G.S.R. on Yelp and requested a quote. Svilen contacted me very quickly and once I explained the situation he said he could fit me in on the same day. He came and was very efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the situation quickly and fixed the problem on the first visit. The pricing was reasonable and he left the work area as clean as he found it. I am keeping his card handy and he will be my go to guy for any appliance issues. read more

I called G.S.R. after seeing positive reviews. I was fortunate that they were able to come out right away to look at my dryer. The problem was a very easy fix as the hose had linked in back and caused the dryer to overheat. No parts needed just trim the exhaust hose and they took out the drum and vacuumed out the lint. I don't even think that it took all of a half hour. To my utter surprise I was charged $169.00. Word of advice...ask up front what a service call costs without any parts read more

My parents called me and their Samsung fridge had stopped working. My mom was in a panic. After talking to Home Depot and being told to basically "find someone who will even try a Samsung fridge," I called a couple places and was pretty much hung up on. When I called G.S.R. Co and Svilen actually talked to me on the phone and was like "yep, I can come over and fix that," I almost thought he was kidding. But he literally came to my parent's house within the hour and fixed it. He walked my mom through the whole problem, which was pretty minor, and charged a really fair amount. Looks like we found our new company. read more

Service as good as it gets. Our LG gas range stopped working without any indication of what was wrong. Called a couple of places, but Svilen was the only one who actually showed up when he said he would. In fact, he called ahead to let us know he was on the way AND showed up on time promised on the initial call. Took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, correct it, and return the oven to use for baking without any needed parts. I give him high marks for promptness, courteousness, and a professional demeanor while on site. This is a business to keep on your rolodex (is that still a thing?) for emergency service. read more

Was very responsive and was able to come out the same day. He was quick, efficient, and got the issue resolved. He explained everything he did and offered suggestions and was very informative. Will be my first call for appliance issues from now on. read more

My freezer was frosting up badly. I spoke to Svilen who took my information and told me he would call back. I got a callback a few minutes later saying he could be here in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. This will be the first company I call if I should have another appliance problem. He was efficient, quick and fairly priced. read more

Svilen came out to my house within hours to fix my broken fridge for far less than i expected to spend. Amazing service. Good dude. A+

Oven decided to stop working before Thanksgiving. Called and Svilen came within the hour, fixed it in 15 mins!

Great service. Svilen keptus informed by phone of his arrival time on the day of our appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable of our Samsung dryer and its maintenance requirements. He was proficient and skilled in the necessary access to unit components. He checked his work carefully. He stated the work and price for parts clearly. Natural gas sensors and motor were replaced; and, he had necessary parts available with him at the time of the service call. Very satisfied with Svilen's work and will not hesitate to call upon him as needed again. read more

G.S.R. Co. was fantastic in servicing both my Bosch dishwasher and GE oven. I called them after learning I would have to wait 3 weeks to have the services department of a well known electronics/appliance store come out and make repairs. I called G.S.R. and the owner, Svilen, asked how soon I would like the work done. I asked if he could possibly come the next day and he was quick to accomodate me. He showed up within the 2 hour window he committed to calling me to tell me he was on the way. Svilen was professional and personable as he went about his work answering any questions I had. Based on quotes I had gotten from other businesses his prices were fair and competitive. Recommend this business for getting the job done! read more

Had a great experience with Svilen. Not only did he show up complete repairs the same day I called, he asked for details about the problems in the initial call, had me send screenshots of the model numbers and arrived prepared with the parts he expected to need. He fixed my washer and my refrigerator in less than an hour and was very up front about costs and took time to explain the issues. I would definitely call again for appliance repairs. Great job!! read more
