We were given a two hour window of time for arrival and Vladi was 5 minutes early! He got to work immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. And then, he made the repairs, the whole time explaining what he was doing and what we could do to avoid the issue in the future. Additionally, I found the price to be very reasonable. Vladi was extremely personable and I have to say this was the most fun I have ever had regarding any kind of service call. I would not hesitate to call Appliance Repair Team again for ANY appliance problem. I have total confidence they can do the job!

When I asked how he knew it was a control board issue, he didn't give me a clear answer and claimed it was mostly a process of elimination. I had a different company who was authorized by the washer manufacturer come out, and they were able to diagnose and fix the true electrical wiring issue for a diagnostic fee of $150. I'm disappointed in the quality of work and care by the 98 Refrigeration technician and feel that I wasted money on the diagnostic fee (which resulted in an incorrect diagnosis). They were prompt in sending someone, which is why I've given 2 stars

So, we opted to hold of on the repair. A month later the noise had become much louder, so we called Lane again who had told us that his estimate to fix the fridge would be good for 90 days. He replaced the fan and now no noise! The cost to fix the fridge wasn't bad at all. Lane is a pro!

We had a part break on our Speed Queen dryer after being recently fixed by a different company who we learned had charged us for a factory part but used a discount part which then broke. It was 5pm on Saturday when I started calling around to see if anyone could come on Sunday morning. Dimitry picked up immediately, cancelled his Sunday plans and showed up at 9am due to the emergency nature of the issue. Wow! Dimitry is kind, professional and thorough. Once he got the dishwasher out, we saw a rat's nest and chew marks on the power cord and water hose. Due to the fact that the floor was soaked and would need remediation, he was able to move the unit to our porch. He then took the time to diagnose another refrigerator with a plugged drain line and was able to get that cleared out. Will definitely be calling him again with any appliance repair needs, but hopefully not on the weekend next time.

They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this crew.
