He came on 10/30/25 to look at my washing machine. He told me it needed a new spider assembly. I paid $385 in labor and $317.28 for the spider assembly. He then wrote me that I needed an additional spindle that was $338.87. He said he was coming back on 12/6 to repair the machine but did not return until 12/7 to repair it. On 12/8 I turned the washing machine on and it was making loud noises and was leaking from the bottom. At that time I was unsure when he could come back so I bought a new machine. He then come on 12/11/25 to pick up the washing machine and take it to his shop and rebuild it. He said "I'll have it back in a few days to a week". On 1/18/26 he said he would be back in the next couple of days. On 1/24/26 he said the washing would be done in the morning. He then wrote that he would have to pick another time. Over the next month he rescheduled the delivery numerous times. He did send a video of it working. He returned the machine to me on 3/5/26. It is now sitting in my basement, a $1000 decoration.

On the day of service you proceeded to ask if I wanted to purchase a maintenance agreement which included emergency service I agreed. You FAILED to provide the service in that agreed upon agreement. After repeated attempts at "Emergency Service" per your agreement you failed to provide said service! I asked you to cancel that agreement and refund my money and you stated I had already used the bulk of the service agreement and you would only refund $375. My elderly mother wrote them a check for the part on July 7th. It's been a month. No call. So I called them last week. Was told the part(s) are backordered. Totally understandable. What is not understandable is scheduling an appointment to install the part and not showing up. Now, no one answers the phone either. Do they purposely prey on elderly people? Not sure. Maybe we'll get a call back. Or maybe I'll go down there in person and demand a refund. Only time will tell.

So 10 business days and me sitting at my house waiting for a service for five hours to not receive a single call AND I have called numerous numbers and cannot get a single person on the phone. This is the most unprofessional place. I pray someone reads my review before scheduling an appointment and runs. I wish I had done that, I am kicking myself. So disappointed. Update 3/24 - called to request reimbursement, they attempted to reschedule appointment but no thanks lesson learned. Was told reimbursement will take 10 days (maybe) because they have to get their reimbursement for the part (how is this my problem??? Shoddy business all around) and they would mail a check to me. Seriously, the payment should go back to the credit card I used. 10 days? Then a mailed check? Of course I'll have to keep following up with this. Checked into filing a small claims case (not a legal person so excuse if I don't use the right words) but basically I need to go through the New Ellenton Magistrate for assistance.
