They listen and understand individual needs, the prices have always been competitive. This week, I took in my comforter after an accident with a new puppy and they cleaned it and had it done next day. Excellent people, excellent work and great customer service.

Really disappointing customer service experience…read more At 6:42 PM, I called ahead as a courtesy to ask whether I could still drop off clothes since I knew they were close to closing. The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.

Of all the vendors involved in restoring our home after a house fire--painters, electricians,…read morecarpet and closet professionals, art restoration, HVAC, and the overall remediation company, ServiceMaster--FRSTeam was the only company that was difficult to work with. ServiceMaster subcontracted FRSTeam to handle our smoke-damaged clothing, textiles, and electronics. I would never have hired them independently. From start to finish, it was issue after issue. Communication was very poor. They repeatedly promised to complete tasks or follow up, only to fail to do so, even after multiple direct requests. I was forced to make the 3-hour round trip drive to their office twice to address basic matters. While they boxed and returned our items neatly, the actual cleaning was ineffective. Everything returned to us caused immediate physical reactions--sneezing, chest pain, and throat pain from the lingering smoke damage or chemical residue. To make matters worse, unlike our other restoration vendors who properly identified unrecoverable items, FRSTeam failed to declare anything as non-salvageable to our insurance company. When I asked them for a comprehensive list of items so I could submit them to insurance myself, it look a very long time for them to respond, and I had to ask multiple times. All of the other companies we worked with would have taken at most 1 business day to send something like this. Trying to get insurance approval to replace the items has been an absolute ordeal. From the insurance company's perspective, they paid $26,000 for professional cleaning, yet the items are completely unusable.

Even worse, I wasn't given a phone call, text, or email letting me know there would be a delay. When your refrigerator is broken, time matters. Food spoils and it sucks to not have ice. The absolute minimum I expect from a service company is basic communication and respect for my time. This company failed at both. If you can't make an appointment, let your customers know. Leaving people waiting with no explanation is unprofessional and unacceptable.Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company. There are plenty of businesses that understand showing up or at least communicating when they can't. Don't waste your money on this trash dump unless you like trash service. To the lady on the phone, how about you do your job and actually pick up the phone.

I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.
