Totally unethical and I will reporting them to BBB. Let my review save your some anguish. The "deal" you're considering is not what it appears to be. My experience began with Edith being very helpful throughout the buying process. She had me pay a Zelle account (no buyer protection) belonging to Alberto Perez in order to ship the refrigerator to me. I paid via Zelle, then had a pallet dropped off at the store and paid $100 extra for them to package it. I received the refrigerator and a week later it stopped cooling completely. I called a repair tech to come out, only to find out that the serial number tag on the top was removed and the one on the back was scratched out (see image attached). This indicates the refrigerator was meant to be scrapped by Jenn Air. However, Appliances 4 Less somehow got a hold of it and sold it to me as brand new. Now, Jenn Air techs can't work on the refrigerator because they can lose their certification if they work on appliances meant to be scrapped, and Appliances 4 Less will not respond to me. This place is a scam. They know exactly what they are selling you and will disappear once they have your money. Read the other reviews saying the same thing. BUYER BEWARE!

Got the beast of my old washer out and installed the new washer with new hoses and venting system at no additional charge. However, the dryer needed a four prong outlet, our current setup was 3. They didn't have the necessary things to change it out but gave us the option of leaving our old dryer so I could wash/dry clothes and would come back the following day. The dryer arrived exactly on the agreed time no between the hours of 9-5 window. The outlet was switched out at no additional charge or NO additional fee for return drop off. Talk about going the extra mile. The two delivery men could not have been nicer or more efficient. Polite, neat and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure why there are unfavorable reviews as that was not our experience.
