As a business owner myself, I know how much weight reviews can carry, so I put a lot of thought into writing this. I've given Pieratt's multiple opportunities to fix my situation, and I have proof via email, text messages, and phone call logs to show the effort I've made on my end. My refrigerator issue has been ongoing since July. In that time, I've had two separate loaner fridges, but only because I've been the one repeatedly reaching out. Any communication I've received has been a result of my persistence--not their initiative. For the past two weeks, I've heard nothing at all, while the replacement fridge they dropped off continues to sit unused in my dining room. To make matters worse, I lost over $600 worth of groceries because their service team failed to communicate that my fridge wasn't working properly. I also make it a point to support local businesses versus big box stores, but in this case, I wholeheartedly regret that choice. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because the sales associate I worked with at the Reynolds location was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Pieratt's service department has far outweighed that positive. At this point, I cannot recommend Pieratt's until they show they can stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

After multiple attempts to contact someone who could provide ANY information, I was informed they didn't schedule my delivery. The best and only option was to reschedule for delivery FIVE DAYS LATER despite having my washer/dryer in their warehouse. I was told they can't do anything for me. What they meant to say was "I WON'T do anything for you". Trust me, go elsewhere.

I just stopped by the Home Depot this afternoon to grab a tire pressure gauge to check one of my…read moretires and decided that I would in fact need a pump as well. During checkout a very friendly and helpful employee named Joe kindly asked if I had a flat tire and needed any help. I said I didn't have a flat but the pressure gauge at the gas station was not working right so I wasn't sure how much air my tires needed given the major fluxes in temperature the last few days. He helped me pick out a high quality pump that was a great price ($40) and then when I asked if I could take him up on his offer he said of course and then proceeded to help me get my tires pumped and learn how to use the new pump. Thank you, Joe! Your help has made me feel a lot better about hitting the road and keeping my tires in check!

Our recent visit resulted in a new and luxurious dishwasher for me (happy early birthday after finding a lux Bosch floor model that includes features I don't understand but with a modern no-fingerprint exterior and a coveted third row with multiple settings that I have dreamed about for years). I tried to also leave with a new bathroom vanity, but fate wasn't on my side. Custom blinds are also now haunting my dreams but the sales person (who was wonderful in indulging my whims with their planning tool) scares me off with the final price tag. I had no idea blinds could cost more than a car! I did also encounter two unicorns - an actual stuffy for my puppy (who knew Lowe's had a pet section?) and a crazy affordable peel and stick wallpaper that screams Anthropologie but without the crazy cost. I am too scared to tackle peel and stick, but I am hoping my husband may tackle the challenge with the right encouragement (we've all watched the reels of all the interesting things you can find at Lowe's!).
