    People leave reviews for many reasons--either because they had an outstanding experience or a truly disappointing one. As a business owner myself, I know how much weight reviews can carry, so I put a lot of thought into writing this. I've given Pieratt's multiple opportunities to fix my situation, and I have proof via email, text messages, and phone call logs to show the effort I've made on my end. My refrigerator issue has been ongoing since July. In that time, I've had two separate loaner fridges, but only because I've been the one repeatedly reaching out. Any communication I've received has been a result of my persistence--not their initiative. For the past two weeks, I've heard nothing at all, while the replacement fridge they dropped off continues to sit unused in my dining room. To make matters worse, I lost over $600 worth of groceries because their service team failed to communicate that my fridge wasn't working properly. I also make it a point to support local businesses versus big box stores, but in this case, I wholeheartedly regret that choice. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because the sales associate I worked with at the Reynolds location was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Pieratt's service department has far outweighed that positive. At this point, I cannot recommend Pieratt's until they show they can stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

    Follow up. They never contact me any after my first post. I had to keep calling them and complaining. Than come to find out that my icemaker was not on back order. It was being ordered under the wrong part number. So I am finally suppose to be getting my icemaker installed close to three months later. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in and purchased over $4000 of appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer set and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The first problem was that my brand new front loading washing and dryer machines had LOTS oily film in the drums AND it SMELLED REALLY BAD like engine oil. So they came out and exchanged the washer and dryer with new ones. Well the washer and dryer that they replaced it with had oil in the barrels too and smelled bad too. All they told me to do is keep running the cycles until the smell and oil goes out of it. They said that apparently in the warehouse they put oil in the drums to keep it from rusting. I purchased them in February and it still smells bad in both drums. And my very expensive dryer is already tearing up. Then, when they were there, bringing my refrigerator they showed up with no ice maker. When I questioned them about what happened to my ice maker they first told me that I didn't pay for it. Then they told me that they didn't have it in stock, and it was on backorder. When I was in store I told them that the ice maker was very important to me and that would be the only way I bought this particular refrigerator. The man reassured me that it was in stock when it was on back order. So I purchased my refrigerator in February and here it is April and still no ice maker. When I call to ask about what happened to it no one has any idea when it's going to be in stock. And they are very hateful when I call and ask about what happened to it. It's like it's an inconvenience to call and ask about what happened to my $100 ice maker. Can someone please deliver and install my freaking icemaker that I paid for in February?! This is absolutely ridiculous. They should refund my money and give it to me for free.

    The service and price here were unbelievable! They price match with no problem! Xan was our sales rep and we will call him everytime first with any appliance, furniture, or bedding needs! ...and they service their own products! We purchased a refrigerator and James was awesome delivering it! It really took a lot of stress out of purchasing our new appliance!

    It's been years since I've been here, I'm feed up with the big box stores with no service department. We got a new dishwasher & everything about the visit was great. Our sales woman was great & informative. My next appliance purchase will be back Chantal was great salesman & Showed is everything we needed.....

I ended up scanning all the items I wanted to buy, but I was not sure if I had scanned one item because I left it on the scanner side instead of putting it on the bag side. This would be questionable because there is no proof that you had only bought one. If you bring it back after a week, it would look as if you bought two and then wanted to get $ back off the transaction by having them take it off. I felt like I was treated like an honest customer because of this and really, it could have gone either way. Again, where is the proof? I did not have the item with me and had I brought back the original brush, there is only one brush to account for. These are the problems with self checkouts and really, the customer has to be the one to make sure to check their receipt before leaving any kiosk.

During checkout a very friendly and helpful employee named Joe kindly asked if I had a flat tire and needed any help. I said I didn't have a flat but the pressure gauge at the gas station was not working right so I wasn't sure how much air my tires needed given the major fluxes in temperature the last few days. He helped me pick out a high quality pump that was a great price ($40) and then when I asked if I could take him up on his offer he said of course and then proceeded to help me get my tires pumped and learn how to use the new pump. Thank you, Joe! Your help has made me feel a lot better about hitting the road and keeping my tires in check!

I bought a MacBook in March 2026. Have loved it. Nothing to complain about with that. But the sales rep was AWFUL, which I'm fully realizing today. I went in with two of my kids to shop. They had a promotion going on. I needed a new laptop. I walked away and thought I was happy. The sales rep told me two outright lies. 1) you have 90 days to catch the Macbook model you purchased on sale. If you do, Best Buy will refund the difference. Nope. It's SIXTY days. 2) today only, we have a deal going on where you get My Best Buy Plus (or whatever its called) for $.01. Would you like to sign up and get the benefits? (explained them in great detail). I agreed. He charged me the full price, a $49.99 difference. I don't want to assume Best Buy has their employees lie on purpose. Rep assured me he received no commission on credit card sales. I can't trust that's true either, now. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Best Buy used to be a staple in our home. One of the few places I counted on for quality service when so many other places have shown their solely about a bottom dollar. I hope this was a one off. A poorly trained rep, not a systemic issue. Either way, back to other eletronic stores I go.
