Finally we decided on a sofa and Jerry explained the features and benefits of the sectional we chose. He explained financing options and the warranty. After taking our order the manager came by to double check that all the information was correct and to thank us for our business. I highly recommend Bob's if you're in the market for furniture. I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store?
