I went in specifically looking for a certain candy that's viral however I didn't find that particular item but i did find the Swedish candy cola mix also viral right now. To be honest that was only part of a mother's day gift I'm putting together. I also was on the search for a coffee mug which I found. The store has a variety of snacks, candy, chocolate, dry food items, coffee ,etc. You can find some furniture, lamps, small kitchen appliances, bedsheets, pillows,bath towels, area rugs and so much more . They did have the Hurley bag which is identical to the bogg bag. I also saw a pretty yellow Stanley cup. The ladies at the registers are all friendly and efficient. They will ask if you want to apply for a Home Goods credit card. The store itself is well lit and was pretty organized and neat. I did find a Ray Dunn coffee mug as part of her mother's day gift. read more

Having searched through several stores in the hopes of finding some home making stuff without having to go to Amazon but at a price I could consider, I finally found this one, which comfortably beat out the other places I tried in terms of price and selection. Besides indoor and outdoor furniture and cookware, they also had a surprising stock of food items, which, while discounted, were unexpired and worth checking out. More importantly, I can think about fulfilling some of my furniture and storage needs at a reasonable price. read more

This store is a hidden gem located in the Woodhill Plaza. It is well organized and has plenty of decorative items for interior decorating. If I had a larger budget, it would be easy to purchase a multitude of items for my house. This store offers so many items at a moderate price range. read more

I shop at Homegoods, TJ maxx, and Marshalls all the time. Homegoods doesn't have any clothes, but they have a great variety of household items. Most of the kitchen items are really nice quality. Pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. They have a huge selection of interior decorations and even some outdoor furniture or yard art. The bedding items include towels, sheets, shower curtains, bathroom soap containers, etc. They even have a great selection of fancy foods. This is a place I shop often and purchase dishes, lamps, towels, sheets and candies. I sometimes buy cocktail mix and maple syrup which is really fresh. I also have bought candles and horse small statues. I can usually find nice gift items when I need a hostess gift or small presents. I think the store is layout is easy to shop but a few isles will not accommodate more than one cart. This is a good place to shop for home accessories and nice baskets, cookware, and gourmet foods. I purchased damaged goods on December 30th. Christmas totes. I'm bringing them back on January 6 with receipt and I can't get full refund nor exchange due to them being out. it's not right. Shop at Home Goods often -like their variety of items -however the customer service is frustrating especially at Woodhill location. Lines always backed up -never enough staff at checkout . I had a very disappointing experience today -lines backed up with two salespeople checking out -knowing the lines were backed up -one saleslady (Valerie) preceded to talk to customers on and on about non related business . I finally get to counter with Valerie -I was there to return a woven tray that was too big . I had my receipt but the price tag had fell off . Valerie the sales lady told me that was a problem -she then said she would have to double check my receipt to make sure tray was on it -she then walked off and preceded to chat with other clerk while checking this out for way too long . She then comes back and says tray was on receipt -Guess they thought it was stolen- who knows . Then she say's do you have card you put that on and I said well it had expired but I have new one -well that's another problem she said . I was like I have worked retail for 30 years -this is ridiculous -your the problem -I just took my tray to their sister store Marshall's and they put it back on my new updated card with no problem-just a shame I had to lose a hour of my time to do it. read more

I'm a big fan of Home Goods and this is the worst location I've ever been to. I saw other reviews that said the store was disorganized, and unfortunately I have to agree. It was difficult to browse curtains because the curtains were everywhere. But with that said: the product selection is the stylish, affordable assortment that I always love to see at Home Goods. There's quite a range of quality from what seem like sort of made for Home Goods sorts of brands to more close out item from stories like Nordstroms. They have glass decor, pet supplies, cookware, lamps, rugs, some furniture, pictures, linens, and outdoor decor. I've been here a few times and have been able to find things for my kids' rooms and kitchen that have been good quality for a reasonable price. The store is consistently clean, and they have a decent selection of kitchen supplies, and (mostly smaller) home furnishings and decorations, as well as some specialty food items. The employees have not been very helpful, and the line to check out moves pretty slowly, so I definitely wouldn't come here if you're in a hurry. I like going here to shop for kitchen goods. There's usually a wide selection of cooking gear, gadgets, and pots/pans -- and the nice part is that they're reasonably priced. In the past, I've also picked up some home decor items and bed sheets, again both reasonably priced. You can also find lighting, some furniture, and bathroom goods. The staff here, if you can find them on the floor, are helpful and nice. The store is overall pretty clean. The parking here is convenient and ample. My only drawback is that if you frequent the store, the stock can feel somewhat stale so I've had to learn to shop there once a month or once every couple of months to give them time to get new items in and on the shelves. read more

Dogs in the store really. I don't mind service dogs but when pets are allowed then that leaves me out. My husband and I decided to do some shopping for gifts. Then I saw a dog jumping up and down on a leash but come on who wants to buy anything that a dog may have licked or pooped or peed on. The service dogs have a job to do and have been trained not to sniff people or become unruly. This pet dog probably won't spend any money but it did keep me from spending money. I won't shop in any store that is pet friendly. They should only be allowed in a pet store. It is just the same as people who smoke and impose that on others. Here are people who are putting dogs in my space and it is wrong. If this dog had bit me I would sue the store first and then I would sue the dog owner. The reason for the store is because they didn't provide a safe place for me to shop. read more

Purchased grill accessories as a gift for a friend and store refused to return them (all unopened in original packaging) when my friend decided he had no real use for them. Clerk even claimed the items weren't purchased at their store!!! She later admitted the items probably were purchased there, but they have the right to refuse any return even with receipt. My friend didn't even want money back, but wanted to exchange for a set of water glasses... Extremely poor customer service! read more

This place use to be nice. Now it's a complete mess. You can't even get a cart down an isle because there is So Much crap on the floor, the shelves are a mess and crammed. Maybe they should quit getting items in until they get it under control. 1 cashier and a huge line. I felt bad for the girl. She just cashed an employee's check and had no money left to do my return. Now don't get me wrong, I love to browse Home Goods and often find I go in 'just to look" and walk out with a cart full of goodies. Where this store falls way short, is it's customer service. In a word, it's horrible and most often than not so rude that I swear I'll never go back in. I have given the store the benefit of the doubt thinking the store worker was having a bad day, but I find that bad service is just the norm. I guess the store thinks its so busy, that it dosent have to be nice. I have had service ranging from subtely rude to down right aweful. Whether I have stopped an associate in the aisle to ask for help, return desk or at the checkout, not only is the attitude bad, but I never even get a thank you for spending my hard earned money. This goes for the store manager as well. (Hey, I can read name tags). I like what Home Goods has to offer, but if I have to take the bad service with it, I'll spend my cash elsewhere.
