We ordered two custom sofas, with a quoted delivery time of 8 weeks. I padded that to allow for 10 weeks - as these were needed by a specific time. At the 8 week mark, I reached out by email and got no response. I reached out a second time via email and was told one sofa was at least two weeks late, the other would be an additional 8 weeks! I immediately replied and explained our predicament and got no response. After calling the customer service line, I received a call from the store rep who stated they never guarantee timelines, they just hope the furniture is in by 8-10 weeks and they are not informed of back orders on fabric. I was told a manager would call me and she hung up. Here we are - several days later, no phone call, no explanation.m and now we are stuck without furniture for a photo shoot and faced with having to reschedule agreed upon dates. It would have been nice if the rep would have followed up on our order rather than the customer chasing them down - maybe if they had we'd have known and been given a chance to rearrange our plans. This was our first and only purchase of custom furniture we'll make from Arhaus. read more

NOT a satisfied customer. This review is of the product(s) we bought and the customer service SINCE then, not the service we received in store at this particular location. First, we had to send back a dining chair TWICE because of defects (so check your stuff well when you first get it). Second, our dining table's finish got messed up within a week or two of using it. We followed care instructions we received in the store, but the customer service says we should've went to their website for care instructions that we're different than what we were told. It has taken months of back and forth with their consierge department, without a good outcome. They are saying it's a "customer utilization error" so we're at fault. So, yeah, not pleased and definitely would be looking somewhere else. This is sadly not at all what I would've expected for the price. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Arhaus. Purchased the Emory sofa and loved it so I ordered another one a couple years ago. I recently ordered two more Emory sofa but this time in green velvet. My dream sofa.. I waited months for the arrival Only to be so let down. These sofas were nothing like the other Emory sofas I'd bought before. Cushions are hard and they "crunch" when ya sit. I have purchased almost everything in my house from this store. From the first time I walked in years ago( hamburg location) I was made to feel welcome and never pushed into making a purchase. I really love the new store in the summit. I love the quality and the staff, they are very nice and are more than willing to help. This store is full of MASSIVE furniture that speaks of excess and mindless living. Although I like the style of most of their furniture the scale is meant for wasteful excessive living and too big houses. Couldn't find a thing that would fit in a space mindful of the future. read more

We made the decision to purchase new furniture from this company because after research found them to be one of the credible furniture stores in the area. Never did I ever think we would be experiencing this type of a situation. It has been every single item that has been delivered .. Every single item we have purchased something is wrong with it. 5 custom ordered Furniture pieces... Portsmouth Chair with Ottomen , Outerbanks Sofia, Outerbanks Chair with Ottomen , 2 end tables , 1 coffee table, Martini side table,3 table Lamps,1 Floor lamp,Chanddalier,Mediea Cabinet, Tall Display Cabinet, Sofa Table. At this point I'm just sick! For the amount of money we spent on each and every single item this is just unacceptable. We have had replacements come and go. Half the time they do not even make it in the house, because when the delivery people get here and remove item from box they find something unsatisfactory with the item and have us come outside to look at it before they even bother bringing the piece in the house. We have had a total of 3 chorus theory cabinet delivered that literally when you open the doors to place shelves in if you do not have someone hold it, it will fall over. EXTREMLY DANGEROUS over the holidays we had to place things in front of it so it would not tip over and fall on visiting company while we continue to wait for replacement. We had professional furniture repair look at these items and said he would not put this in his home. could not believe that they would ever want any of this to represent there company. kensington buffet with glass - doors uneven do not close properly , drawers do not open and close properly, if you try to dust pieces of the wood come off, I understand that its a weathered look but you chould no get splinters. Teak Sofa table has dents other then the weathered worn look and table legs uneven. 2 laurel ceramic table lamps both uneven sit at angles. 1 bertogne round coffee table completly uneven no mater what floor we place it on. 2 hudson end table with bluestone we have had several delivered and still have 2 unmatched tables with gaps in wood and stone. As I turned each piece of custom furniture over I WAS JUST SHOCKED BY WHAT I WAS SEEING. I CANNOT IMAGINE THIS TYPE OF JOB BEING ACCEPTABLE BY ANYONE!!! PLEASE... I WELCOME A STORE MANAGER, OR A REPRESENATIVE FROM ARHAUS TO COME TO MY HOME AND SEE THIS FOR YOURSELF. AT THIS TIME I COULD SAY I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND YOUR COMPAY TO A SINGLE PERSON. Karl is wonderful and has an eye for design. We wanted a sectional that would fit a rather small living room. He guided us in choosing a style that would best suit our needs-one that was comfortable enough to binge watch The Office, and provided support to our aging backs and joints. Using design software, he created a rendering of how it would look in our living room. I was upfront that we would not be making a decision that day. Karl still gave us his undivided attention, and worked earnestly to create a design proposal. We decided the following day to buy the sectional. I recommend bringing pictures of your living space and measurements. Also be aware that custom design orders are months out, so you have to be willing to wait. read more

I walked in today to look at a sectional couch, not one person greeted me or said we will be with you in a moment. I understand they were with clients but a simple hello when I walked right by the associate would have been nice. I walked around for at least 5 minutes and not one single word . This store has a large collection of beautiful furnitures at a reasonable price, items they carry are clearly of high quality and workmanship. Sadly the employees (Sunday-noon shift) are stuck up individuals who judge you by the cloth you wear. My wife and I are looking to replace our current bedroom furniture and decided to check Arhaus at the summit. We are not filthy rich, but we do ok, and the price Arhause charges doesn't even come close to our budget. Since we look like we are in our early 30s and dressed in very casual clothing, not a single store employee offered to help us. I counted 4 in total, 1 is helping another customer, 2 are having a loud and obnoxious conversation about music and 1 just walked around with a folder in her hands. We walked around for about 15min, hoping at least one of them would offer help, but not a single one of them even said hi. Obviously, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere, but as we drove off in our Tesla Model S we saw one of their employee smoking a cigarette around the corner. I can see the disappointment in his eyes in my rare-view mirror as he realizes they could have made a healthy commision from us today. read more

Ordered furniture in September. Was told it would take 12 weeks. Part of the delivery finally came December 18th (14 weeks later) and the Ottoman came damaged. Waited 14 weeks for furniture and it comes damaged? I called my salesperson within 10 minutes of delivery to let her know the piece was delivered damaged. Furniture was delivered December 18th. They are sending a "technician"over to look at the damaged piece on December 30th. This damaged piece of furniture costs over $1100 and this is how I am treated. Then I was told the rest of the delivery woud take longer. Now the love seat is first getting to Cleveland on January 9th. It is supposed to take about 2 weeks after that to get delivered to me.By the time the love seat comes to me it will be about 20 weeks since I ordered my stuff. I think I could make this faster myself! Worst of all, we were double charged on our American Express bill. Let's see, damaged goods, over charging, and furniture that never arrives.
