Everyone, from the Manager to the delivery team, went above and beyond the necessary to ensure that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. We ordered two custom sofas, with a quoted delivery time of 8 weeks. I padded that to allow for 10…read moreweeks - as these were needed by a specific time. At the 8 week mark, I reached out by email and got no response. I reached out a second time via email and was told one sofa was at least two weeks late, the other would be an additional 8 weeks! I immediately replied and explained our predicament and got no response. After calling the customer service line, I received a call from the store rep who stated they never guarantee timelines, they just hope the furniture is in by 8-10 weeks and they are not informed of back orders on fabric. I was told a manager would call me and she hung up. Here we are - several days later, no phone call, no explanation.m and now we are stuck without furniture for a photo shoot and faced with having to reschedule agreed upon dates. It would have been nice if the rep would have followed up on our order rather than the customer chasing them down - maybe if they had we'd have known and been given a chance to rearrange our plans. This was our first and only purchase of custom furniture we'll make from Arhaus.

Our recent visit resulted in a new and luxurious dishwasher for me (happy early birthday after finding a lux Bosch floor model that includes features I don't understand but with a modern no-fingerprint exterior and a coveted third row with multiple settings that I have dreamed about for years). I tried to also leave with a new bathroom vanity, but fate wasn't on my side. Custom blinds are also now haunting my dreams but the sales person (who was wonderful in indulging my whims with their planning tool) scares me off with the final price tag. I had no idea blinds could cost more than a car! I did also encounter two unicorns - an actual stuffy for my puppy (who knew Lowe's had a pet section?) and a crazy affordable peel and stick wallpaper that screams Anthropologie but without the crazy cost. I am too scared to tackle peel and stick, but I am hoping my husband may tackle the challenge with the right encouragement (we've all watched the reels of all the interesting things you can find at Lowe's!). My only complaint is that I somehow lost two hours in a store and actually missed visiting the section I went in for (light fixtures).

Tried to return an unopened and untinted gallon of white deck stain and was told I couldn't return it even for a credit. This stuff not tinted is like water and we are using for our deck trim. Also after that was going to buy two gallons of ext paint and was not even given the 30% discount that I received on the same project two or three weeks ago. This customer will investigate other paint stores in the future. Bad look on Sherwin Williams.
