I saw someone's old dirty hat hanging up along with the new caps during this visit. They made a switcheroo, which explains the plastic security tag on the floor. Honestly, I couldn't imagine working at a store where the people won't pick up after themselves and the amount of shoplifting. At this point, I'll let the photos speak for this location.

I came here on Sunday with my friend who had some birthday money to spend. The summer sale items were 50% off of their reduced prices. She found many nice dresses and tops. I also found a good black shirt and skirt with a black, nude, and white, pattern on it for work. The store was quiet and the saleslady checked in on us often. The appearance of the store is neat.

I live about 40 minutes from the store so it's not easy to get back to do a return in 10 days. However, I have been a customer for many years. I don't shop there all the time, two or three times a year for special occasions . I had hoped this locally owned boutique would be flexible with their local repeat customers. Live and learn.

Worst store in Frankfort. Buyer beware. I went in and purchased several hundred dollars worth of…read morestuff from them. There was a 25% off sale. The sales lady didn't apply the discount to my order. After the transaction, I caught the mistake. The lady told me I could have an In store credit. I did not want an instore credit. I paid with cash and just wanted my money back for the discount. She said they don't do returns. I wasn't returning anythjng and it wasn't my fault the salesperson made an error. Yet I didn't receive my money. This is fraud at the end of the day. Don't go in here unless you are prepared to be cheated.
