I will always use this company for appliance repairs. They are efficient and trustworthy. Ask for Tom. He will take good care of you.

I would not recommend Hot Tub Pros due to their unprofessional and poor communication, poor service…read moredelivery and inconsistent pricing. I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

When they showed up they did a good enough job, but reviewing my invoice I see that they charge seemingly random amounts of money. When they didn't show up there was no communication as to why or when they would come. They repaired my controller last year and used the wrong part so I can no longer use all jets. And it took over 4 months to get them to screw that up. Obviously, I would not recommend them.

I'm really disappointed with how Olympic Hot Tub handled what should have been a straightforward…read morewarranty issue. I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

Frank showed up on the wrong day....he then let himself into our pool house and got started without me on the property. He didn't seem to know how to work our older Penatair system. He struggled with the controls then told me the jacuzzi was broken and might need $6-7k of repairs. He said he heater was also possibly broken and that he would do research on the parts and text me a quote. K never heard back. Since what Frank told me was the opposite of our pool inspector before we bought the home, I decided to have a second opinion. Jacuzzi is working great and heater works. Everything Frank said was wrong. I later went to a local pool and spa store and mentioned my experience and was told he is known in the areanfor scamming people. DO NOT go with this guy!

My home warranty company had trouble finding a vendor over the Christmas/New Year's holiday but finally found this guy, and I'm sorry they did. Frank, the owner, came out reasonably quickly after I paid the $150 service call fee upfront. He indicated that a part would be required to replace the part that was leaking gas. Well, long story short. After many delays, ostensibly waiting for the part, someone (not Frank) came out and disassembled the heater but did not have the replacement part. Then I had to pay $600 upfront for the future part and service, which never came. After several phone discussions, a no-show service call, and a threat to sue, Frank promised to refund my money; I finally was able to recover $431.83 of the 594.58 I had paid him. After talking to him on the phone again, he promised to send the balance but never did. In the end, the gutted heater could not be repaired by anyone since the person who disassembled it took the parts with him and left me a gutted pool heater (see photo). It cost me $4000 plus dollars to replace the entire unit. Don't use this company. They are unreliable and not to be trusted. I would give them zero stars. FYI, I am NOT one of these folks who only give bad reviews. I am a trusted Yelp reviewer with four years of Yelp Elite Squad experience, and they don't award these badges easily. Take it from me and save yourself some trouble. If you DO need spa or pool repair, call Rain City Pools. (See my 5-star review) https://www.yelp.com/biz/rain-city-pools-everett Excelcior!
