Our Samsung electric dryer suddenly stopped heating. It would still turn on and tumble, but…read moreproduced no heat at all. With a family of six, going without a dryer wasn't an option. I called Bold & Short, and Vitalii was at our house about an hour and a half later. He diagnosed a failed heating element and had the dryer fixed and running in under an hour. The total came to $382, including parts, labor, and tax. That's very reasonable given how quickly it was done. He also took the time to answer our questions about whether to repair or replace, and gave us a straightforward, no-pressure take on heat pump dryers versus standard electric. He could easily have steered us toward a bigger job, but he didn't. Fast response, quick repair, fair price, and honest advice. We'll definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This company is the worst! I would highly recommend using anyone else! They tell you there's a $75…read morediagnostic service fee which is fine and seems standard and it is applied to any work you have them do, what I was not told until they showed up is that they have a flat fee for any fixes that starts at $270. So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.

ARS was " Johnny on the spot". Customer service was great, they scheduled a tech right away. When the tech (Arsen) arrived I knew this guy knew his stuff. After the part arrived, Arsen was back immediately to install the part and get the washer back up and running as promised, without any BS. What a true professional. IF you have any appliance issues, ARS is the way to go.

The problem is that our GE profile French door fridge was only 4 years and 7 months old! So telling you all now...Do not purchase a GE Profile fridge. It's now owned by a Chinese company named Haier. Do not buy these products either. We had a wine cooler by them and only lasted about the same time. So don't waste your money on Haier or GE products. We went back to LG. Highly recommended. Our last LG French door fridge lasted 16 years! Thank you Best Appliance Repair!

Not only did Stanislav come out within 24 hours, on a weekend with no upcharge, but after 30 minutes of test cycles he discovered that there weren't any issues and explained how we probably needed to change soap, use less, and not pack as much laundry into the washer (we've had this washer for six years and this was the first time this ever happened). He gave us some things to watch out for (error codes, etc) and some tips to avoid this again, while mentioning he had some parts in his truck to replace a pump, but he didn't think it would do anything and didn't want us to spend unneeded money. While a little embarrassed and out the $99 service call out fee, I appreciate a company that didn't take advantage of us and install unneeded parts just to make a quick buck. We'll be calling this company again the next time if something is (actually) broken. Respect to Pro Appliance Repair's Seattle team and Stanislav especially.
