Unfortunately I had a different experience than the reviews that led me to this dentist. They do…read morefar more imaging than any other dentist I've been to, but it's very uncomfortable. They take pictures (in addition to x-rays) which is something I did not want to do as I prefer to get in and out of the dentist as soon as possible. They stick a very large flat mirror into your mouth and shoot air down it and into the back of your throat. I repeatedly asked if the pictures were absolutely necessary and said "I do not want to do this" multiple times. The assistant taking all of the pictures did not listen to me. When more than 1 staff member hears the patient saying "no", I expect that they listen. This dental practice did not meet my expectations. They were quite pushy about fluoride, with 3 people giving me the same speech about how I really should have it. Even though I explained I wanted to get in & out as soon as possible, they still kept trying to push it on me. At the end, they used a tooth shade finder that came from a cabinet and physically touched it to my tooth, and then put it directly back into the cabinet. Who knows how many mouths that's touched. I do not recommend that anyone who is scared of the dentist go here as not being listened to is very traumatic.

Went in two weeks ago with a heck of a tooth ache. I'm talking serious pain. My pastor said it…read morewould be ok to go to the doctors so I made an appointment and I am so glad I did! First Dental work I have had since my dad left my mom in first or second grade so I was very nervous but the staff was so supportive I was practically begging them to tear my teeth out by the end of my visit!

If you're considering this place, turn around and run FAST! After a very aggressive cleaning my…read moreinstincts told me to go elsewhere. I didn't listen and had 4 cavities filled on left side upper and lower last two. She doesn't believe in technology, digital exrays ( still used cardboard) nor sonogram which was used on me in CA by very reputable dentists. My front 11 are crowns and had surgery first. I never experienced the pain I did here. She's rough and aggressive and I felt like I was drowning in my own saliva. After returning home I found my night guard didn't fit. She knew I had one, as she cleaned it. So she had me come in Wed and proceeded to grind down the fillings on the upper with NO NUMBING. I had to hold my hand up so the assistant could tell her I was in pain. She went through grinding and pulling my lip which had bruises and even caused my lip to crack. I finally said its not fitting cause you are grinding down the surface and not the sides. She did some procedures with a green goupe that she really didn't want to do. I had tears rolling down my cheeks cause the pain was INTENSE and I have a high pain threshold and have been through a lot in 30 years, but nothing like this. I finally said could enough, this is like torture. I went out to the car where my husband was waiting and started bawling. In 30 years I've never had anyone so unskilled and rough. The way she pulled on my lip and cheek to grind that back tooth. Here's the kicker....my night guard still doesn't fit and today 5 wks later is still SO SENSITIVE to hot and cold and I can't chew or bite on that side. She needs to retire and personally I don't want to know what side of politics you're on when I'm in your chair. And she repeats the same story over 3x about nonsensical stuff like why she's got TMJ over "chips and salsa" while I'm sitting with a locked open jaw, followed by a nervous laugh. Really suprised she hasn't been turned into the wis state board of dentistry. -F she has no awareness of the pain her patients are experiencing. And again I've had oral surgery, root canals and probably 15 crowns in my mouth and nothing has ever been like this experience. BOTTOM LINE, run fast unless you like pain. Thought I did my homework on her until after this. I've seen some scathing reviews on Anne Siegrist. Too bad I have to put any star.

We were new to the area, and I had a dental emergency, and she was able to get me right in, evaluate the problem and make a repair, quickly and painlessly. They cancelled my appointment and then said they couldn't reschedule me for 6+ months…read more The receptionist I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I've never missed or been late for an appointment and schedule 6 months in advance.

If i could give zero stars i would!! First, I've only been going there for 1.5 months (4 visits)…read morewhen i went their first time, i was given a form for referrals and if referral came there you'd get a 50$ gift card.. nothing else as told to me as far as rules of gift cards. My first visit was very uncomfortable, the assistant didn't know how to take a blood pressure, so it hurt when she did it over and over again and when i simply asked her if she knew how to take them she got very offended and said yes we were trained.. i told her i could do it if she wanted.. from there on out every time i went in she had a horrible attitude towards me even tried to tell me once how i should take my antibiotics etc.. like seriously that's none of her business and it was a preventative. She is very very unprofessional, rude, and just not a good fit for working with ppl. After the first visit, i got a call that my gift card would be in the mail.. 2 weeks, no gift card. I called and then was told my husband/referral, needed to pay his bill first then I'd get it but after explaining, 1. I wasn't told anything about that, only that i would get the gift card for the referral 2. Our insurance covered everything so there was no bill 3. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! The only ppl who were nice and professional was Stephanie and Julie. I would not recommend them after all the issues with them during my very short time going there.
