I called and then was told my husband/referral, needed to pay his bill first then I'd get it but after explaining, 1. I wasn't told anything about that, only that i would get the gift card for the referral 2. Our insurance covered everything so there was no bill 3. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! The only ppl who were nice and professional was Stephanie and Julie. I would not recommend them after all the issues with them during my very short time going there.

I have genetically not the best teeth and have had lots of cavities but I've always appreciated their care and advice and would recommend to others. Midwest Dental made me enjoy going to the dentist. So that should say something. My only con about this business is I had a night guard grinding plate ordered. It basically came with a lifetime warranty. After a couple years, mine cracked. This location dentist told me they would replace the cost but when I came to pick up the night guard, I owed almost $800. While one might think my review would be more sour, I came to this location over four years and this was their only flop. So I took that one star experience and averaged it into the other 5 star ratings I had.

Today, I experienced something at your clinic I had never experienced before…read more While doing the initial intake interview, Hannah (dental hygienist) implied that if I exercise my right as a patient to refuse the recommended treatments such as cleaning cadence and dental procedures, I would not be a good fit for the clinic. I was trying to be as honest with her about the fact that I don't get more than one cleaning per year and that at times I may assume the risk of avoiding certain procedures that I can't afford. She continued to interrupt me and talk over me. She walked out to consult with the dentist and said that he would come at some point to discuss after the initial exam. She continued to imply that patients who don't follow your recommendations would not fit your clinic. At this point I decided to leave to avoid being charged for the exam and the doctor's conversation to follow if in the end I would still be "fired" as a new patient. It is unfortunate that in order to have a patient-provider relationship with your clinic, I have to sacrifice my right to choose whether I follow your recommendations or not.
