However, just like the service I got on my first visit, no one has gotten back to me since the 18th. I was tempted to give this place another try before leaving for the Navy but that will not happen. The reply to a bad review is met with emptiness and insincerity, only trying to appear as though they care. Hope others have a better experience. I will not and cannot support this establishment.

Your food is one of the only things i enjoy, but sometimes it comes out cold for waiting so long. Its very unique with some things ive never heard of (dont reccomend avocado toast!!!) Maybe add a drink limit for some adults because its far too loud for a 'niche' restruant.

The food was more than satisfying; the bone-in rib eye was nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked medium which meant it still had plenty of pink inside. Same for the NY strip. The sides were straight forward but I was happy with the Caesar salad and chili. The mac & cheese not so much. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was also very festive. Is this fine dining? Absolutely not, but considering the price is less than half of a Smith & Wolensky or Peter Lugar (which have their off nights, believe me), the steaks were of decent quality and our meals were perfectly fine.

After we were seated a super friendly member of the wait staff came over and introduced herself. She explained what Texas Roadhouse food was all about and dropped off a basket of fresh hot rolls and butter. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and within no time she was back with everyone's drinks. We then ordered our entrees. After enjoying the rolls (which were immediately replaced with new fresh ones) our fried onion appetizer arrived. Piping hot and full of flavor it was a perfect shareable item. Before long our salads arrived. They call this a house salad but it's a really elevated house salad. Let's start with the chilled bowls it's served in. Two different lettuces with red onion, cherry tomato, cucumber, croutons, a bit of shredded cheese and some chopped hard boiled egg. It's no small salad. We all enjoyed it and how it was prepared. My mom and sister ordered a 12 oz sirloin cooked medium rare with baked potato. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor with the potato going perfectly with the steak. My wife had a combo ribs and rib eye with a baked potato. Ribs were tender and saucy with the rib eye being juicy and again perfectly cooked. I had the 12 oz prime rib med rare and of course a baked potato. The prime rib was juicy and full of flavor. With the creamy horseradish sauce and the au jou it was delicious. Our server was fantastic. I had a fresh ice tea in my hand before I finished the last one. She checked on us multiple times and was super helpful. What a great value for our experience. I'll definitely be going back for another meal.

I used to cook them for my father once in a while, but he died in 2020, and I'm sure I haven't bothered since then. With all the talk about the cost of beef, though, I sort of wanted a steak! So when I had an errand nearby, I stopped in. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was nearly lunchtime, and I opted for a 6 oz steak. It was more than enough. My baked potato was also nice, and I appreciated how crispy and fresh my salad was. My server was genuinely very kind, and she loved steak. She made me smile with her enthusiasm and personal favorites that she recounted when I asked her. She was a highlight of my experience, too. The place was rather quiet when I was there, which I also enjoyed. There was nothing terribly remarkable. It was good, solid food, a clean, quiet atmosphere and particularly nice service. It was so calming and tasty and nice that I genuinely want to go back again soon.

When we were finally seated, it took 10 minutes for any server to get our drink order. Drinks took another while to come out and server disappeared for quite a bit. Eventually the food came out and it looked PHENOMENAL (as you can see). But they "randomized" the cooking of our table's steaks. I got my moms steak rarity on my plate and my mom got my dad's on hers? Regardless, they were on the tougher side. All else was pretty good, no complaints on the sides. My family had a great time anyways and always love the Western atmosphere of LongHorn. Not impressed but not disappointed either.

I brought it to the attention of a staff member, but nothing seemed to happen like he didn't really care.
