It was an excellent dining experience at this Applebee's location even for their budget friendly 2 for $25 deal, it actually met our expectations--not because of the value, but also due to exceptional service we received. The menu options for this deal were surprisingly varied and satisfying. We kicked things off with two fresh side salads sour appetizer. For the main course, I chose the burger and upgraded to the impossible party (totally worth the small extra charge), while my cousin had the chicken Parmesan fettuccini. Both meals were flavorful, filli, and even left us with enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I wish I could remember the name of our server--she was incredibly sweet, warm, and attentive, and really made our dining expert extra special. We come here about once a month for Happy Hour. The bartenders are always friendly but can become overwhelmed when it's busy. Deals abound, such as half price apps. This used to be our spot every month when my husband came to drill in the military because this Applebee's is inside the Drury hotel we stayed at. We had never had bad service or bad food here until this time. The grilled chicken caesar salad had more lettuce hearts, and cores stuffed down in the bottom then any good lettuce leaves that were on top. They intentionally used less good lettuce leaves and packed to the bottom with all of those inedible hearts just to make the salad look full. This was probably only done because it was a to go order. I feel pretty cheated. Likely to not eat here anymore. read more

We never go to Applebee's..and when we finally do to mix things up I remember why we don't go..service is lacking and the food is never great. I thought steak and broccoli with a side salad would be a safe choice. Steak had to be smaller than the 6 oz advertised and it was the most bland piece of meat I've ever had. The broccoli also had no salt or pepper but was cooked okay, not too mushy but not raw either. Salad was drowned in dressing. I use a good amount myself but this was a bowl of lettuce swimming in dressing. Drinks were never refilled, plates were never cleared. Will not be back. read more

On a Friday night, for a family of 4, we were seated in a timely manner, 5-10 mins; you could tell they were shortstaffed, but our server, Savannah, kept her lively personality and was on point with checking in and keeping us updated! Last time we went the service sucked. The table was sticky and dirty and food under the tables, the waitress took forever to take our order. Tonight we ordered carry out, one of my items was missing so I had to go back. Then when I got it the ice cream was melted and the caramel was missing. Ok Gorge the manager was the best ever. Very sweet young man. Although he is the manager he helped serving customers and he sure knows how to take a joke. Soooo, the girls are back in town. One of them got the broccoli chicken Alfredo. No bueno my friends. The pasta and the broccoli were undercooked and the chicken tasted ? Fake ? Her words not mine. The other child got a quesadilla burger. She said the beef was not seasoned but other than that it was fine. My food (chicken bacon ranch sandwich) was good and the zombie margarita thingy was gas (that means good btw). They did forget our appetizer but it's okay. Tonight a group of 8 of us came in about 7pm, the bartender landyn and manager george went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay exceptional. Manager George was helping his employees out by food running, and landyn made exquisite drinks. Landyn was fast, efficient, and so friendly. Things started off fine, like a typical night at Applebees. Then the food came. It was not good. The fries were stale and probably microwaved to reheat. The chicken felt like plastic. Then we just sat and sat, and sat some more waiting for our check. Finally my wife and three kids left and I waited for the waitress to come back. I saw a TV comercial and was super excited about the All You Can Eat boneless wings. We went today, Thursday September 1, 2022. Unfortunately, the wings were not what we expected. We ordered Buffalo Mild, Buffalo Hot, and Garlic Parmesan. All the wings were dry, salty, and the Buffalo didn't have enough sauce. The fries that came with them were also salty and soggy. We also ordered the Hot Cheeto cheese bites. Those were also salty and greasy in a really bad way (like old oil). It was not a good experience at all. As a former server the quality of my experience was terrible because we did wait and decided to leave after they proceeded to sit a person who wasn't black before us. As we were waiting I asked why didn't you tell them it would be at 15 min wait & she then says hold on to speak to her other peers, then comes back to try to sit us. If you didn't want us eating there you didn't have to treat us like it . The host Courtney with the two pigtail braids had an attitude with me after I asked why did they get seated before us. So of course I left. These are the type of people you all hire ? What happened to being friendly ? I had time today because I was in shock at the service & will not be coming back at all. We went to this place at 7:30 fully expecting a wait. They said 40 minutes. We didn't mind but went to the bar to order a drink while we waited for the rest of our party. The bartender fully ignored us and took literally everyone else's order. I was just trying to order and pay for a drink. I finally asked the bartender who said that she couldn't serve me if we were waiting on a table because it was a "long process". We asked to speak to a manager who said we couldn't order a drink while waiting for a table because they couldn't transfer the tickets to the table. I said "okay, we'll just pay for our drinks at the bar." He gave the okay and the bartender still refused to even look at us to a point where the manager had to take our order. Then the manager says to me that he didn't see my name on the list for a table but he never asked me for it. I go to check the list after AN HOUR to see that the number of people in our party was changed and the hostess informed us that the manager changed the number to make it more people! Meanwhile, people are going and order the bar with no problem while waiting for a table and the bartender had no problem serving them. It made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable and I've never been treated like that at a restaurant. I wasn't rude or condescending and I felt so embarrassed. We even had customers come up to tell us that they didn't understand why they were making a big deal about serving us. It was embarrassing and I won't go back or recommend.
