Now, the brownie ice cream bite for $1.99... pure perfection. Best $2 you'll ever spend. Worth every penny and then some. Drinks? Exactly what you'd expect from Applebee's -- mid. The Two for $25 chicken with mushrooms and mashed potatoes? So flavorful I'd order it again any day. Solid 10/10. Bonus points to our waiter for rocking some great tattoos. read more

First time here and I was excited it looked very clean and I loved the Halloween layout . Waitress was kind and helpful at the beginning but soon became very rude for no reason and just tossed us a takeout box (didn't ask for one) and slid the receipt after a while without a word. Didn't really talk to us except once but that was alright. The food did ruin my stomach almost quickly, it looked good and the fries were hot and crispy but I felt sick afterwards. I loved the ambiance. But felt like we were rushed to leave even if we just got there and left quicker than previous customers. It was also a slow night. Don't think I'll be going back. read more

This is your standard home town Applebee's. They do the whole put high school stuff on the wall. The food is all good, I would recommend the 2 for $20 meal. Waitress forgot to put our order in. She finally went to check what the hold up for our food was when she came back to tell us what happened. Finally the food arrived about 45-50 minutes later. We ordered 2 bowls of soup and an order of Mac and cheese w/ chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were over cooked. The French Onion soup and some unknown pieces of plastic or something that wasn't food. The manager came out and did not have us pay for the food. My family has been here several times since covid-19 hit, both inside and takeout, and we honestly have nothing to complain about. Was seated right away @ 1pm, sat for 10 min. With no help. Got up walked out. I did get a "have a nice day" not sure if 10 min was a long time to some or I should've asked for assistance? I have to tell you this ! I just had the worst experience at a local restaurant and I said to my husband...lets go to Applebee's because they will make it right! I know it sounds cliche and trust me I didn't want to eat my words but we showed up on a Saturday around 5 was waited on within 5 minutes and they gave customer service a whole new meaning and we ordered burgers and fries and that waitress ensured I will never think of that other place again! I really like Applebee's but this place let me down. The food was good; however what bothered me was when it was time to pay. We were given our bill and told by our cashier that if we had cash, she would take it; otherwise we had to check out at our table with the machine that is now there. Applebee's has good food and some really good deals, especially for lunch. $5.99 for unlimited soup and salad is an awesome price. I love the Thai shrimp salad and French onion soup. Decent service usually as well. read more

OMG!! We were here the other night, an employee was dropping f bombs legit right next to us, watched the manager. He obviously didn't control the employee(s) because we then heard more swearing coming from the back. VERY unprofessional and manager never came by to talk with us. read more

I used to really enjoy going to the old stand-by for a nice dinner or appetizer with a cold one. However, the menu has changed so much that it's really not worth going anymore. The bartender said the staff didn't like the changes either, and the customers keep asking for things that were taken off the menu. I normally avoid going to Applebee's because of a long history of rotten food and sub-par service. I had the lunch portion of both the Southwestern Chicken Salad and the French Onion Soup. I thought they were basically good, but I wish they would make the crouton smaller in the lunch portion and toast it. Our waitress, Amy, was very attentive and professional. My experience at Applebee's was as average as you would expect it to be. The first hostess we encountered was not the most amicable. However one of the hostesses named Kaylyn was extremely kind and helpful. Our waitress was also very friendly and was quick with her service.
