I ended up going to Hooters on Cinco de Mayo while traveling for work. Originally, I wanted to find a Spanish restaurant, but it didn't work out, so I ended up here instead. The NBA playoff games were on that night too, and unfortunately they didn't have access to the specific game I wanted to watch because it was on a different streaming package. As a sports fan, I'm not going to lie -- that hurt a little bit . For a sports-style restaurant, you always hope they've got every game available. But at the same time, I understand all those subscriptions add up. Even with that, I stayed and ordered the 10-piece garlic Parmesan wings along with a chicken quesadilla. The ranch was actually really good -- good enough that I ordered three extra ranch cups to take home with me. I didn't finish all my food there, but I stayed for the atmosphere and overall vibe before heading back out. The customer service was good, the restaurant wasn't overly packed, and overall I really don't have anything negative to say about the experience. I don't know how often I'd necessarily go out of my way to visit a Hooters these days, but for this visit, it was still a solid stop. read more

Wings are always amazing, they did reduce flavor options recently. Plenty on tap, great serving temp. Service was very good, a glass didn't go dry long. Good selection of sports, they even swapped channels for us. Full reccomend. read more

The wings and service is much better than it was a few years ago, the wings are bigger, good deals on them too. I hope more people realize it is a lot better than the years past and this location does not close like so many of them have. read more

I'd like to say a few things about the Hooters in Saginaw. First, service was a little slow, took 19 minutes to get our food, it could be worse Second, there is an over amount of TVs. Golf, WWE, football, basketball. I'll just say it plainly: too many TVs. Third, I got the wings with hot sause, and the hot sause is okay in my opinion. Fourth, the women. And yes, I get it now when people say the waitresses there are really pretty. Overall, good experience, and a cool place to eat wings Ps. I really like the frisbees plates you eat off of AND THE WOMAN WAVED TO ME AND MY FRIEND WOAHHH read more

Food was great, it's too bad so many Hooter locations are closed. They have the best wings. The service was great as well.

Hooters rules. Staff was kind, beer was cold and the crowd was cheerful. There weren't many other options for bars in the area and Hooters came to the rescue as it always does. Support great businesses like Hooters! They shouldn't go bankrupt! I would rather support Hooters than Palantir, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin etc... read more

Had a great meal here, and will be make will make a special trip to stop here every time I am in the area, food was delicious as alway! Only suggestion would be to bring back the old hot sauce! The new recipe is good, but the old one was my absolute favorite! read more

Honestly not sure why it's not more popular from strictly a food perspective. The food is so much more fresh than any other similar chain. The chicken is always fresh and cooked perfectly the curly fries are great. I drive out of my way to come here. Service was good too! read more

awesome! I had an amazing time the customer service was the best i've had. i will be going back!

Food still tastes like dumpster fire. Took an hour. Waitresses 7 at best. Tatas were great. Especially the blonde. On Monday afternoons dec 22nd. I need her number. They don't flirt for tips like they use to. Mixed drinks tastes like powder packets. Great place to take your girlfriend with trust issues. read more

Wings was good. I got the General Tso boneless. I also had a double cheese burger. I sat at bar so service was quick and fast. A bunch of lions fans were there for Thursday Night Football. So it was good vibes. Go lions baby! read more

No more oysters in the entire district means that I had to order the shrimp tacos which were delicious. The special sauce was not too spicy and the lime added just the right touch. I hope my review helps you decide to visit this wonderful establishment for the food! read more

Received great service from Lex, would come again. 10/10

ziArirea was a great server and the kitchen served piping hot food. service was great all around! this is the last Michigan locatio. we miss the Taylor location so much. read more

Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. The reason Hooters is getting a 2 star review is simply because the service was horrible. Saturday night, not particularly slammed, took us 15/20 minutes to get a water. Waitress stopped by once for drink order, once for food orders, lastly to bring checks. No reason to go back, whatsoever. read more

Good service. The food is really bad. Some of the items were gross. Do not get the smoked wings!!!! Definitely need to retrain the cooks.

If I could give this place a zero I would have given it a zero the girls in there are completely idiots and have no idea what they're doing so the food is less than mediocre the prices are not bad but the people that work there no managers and it's a pathetic crew of people good luck read more

Wings were tiny. Ordered 3 15 piece wings. 2 of the 3 were tiny and 1 were huge. Service was not that great either. read more

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! If I could give them 10 negative stars I would give them 100 negative more. Waiting 40 minutes for food. With 3 other people in the restaurant. Our food was packed up to go. Took it out of the bags and gave us cold food. Management said he would make new food. Just put it in the microwave and gave it back to us. Can you say dry and chewy. It was like chewing on a tire. read more

If I could give negative numbers, I would. 44.00 dollars for my son and I. Asked for water, got sierra mist, billed for it, trying telling the waitress was equal to banging my head on the wall. Food was so so. Never mentioned why hard push for ranch or blu cheese? Billed for it .got there at 6 left at 8 so much for a quick bite.so disappointed, used to be my favorite restaurant. No manager in site read more

With only 12 tables occupied and 8 waitresses working at a time, how long should it take to get a burger? Yes, this review has become a math problem. The answer shouldn't be the hour that it took. Don't go here for the food or the hooters, you'll be disappointed with both. Mike B. before you respond in desperation like you do that "you'll try harder," realize that the time for that has already passed. UPDATE: I see that you've completely disregarded my earlier comment, Mike B. It should be known that I was ripped off by your waitress Jordan who took it upon herself to "insert her own tip" and charged me twice the price of my Veteran's meal on Veteran's Day as a tip. What should've cost $1.49 (what I signed for - buy a drink, get the food for free on Veteran's Day promo) instead was a charge for $4.98. Way to scam veterans, man. I'm never coming back to Saginaw Hooters - criminals work there. read more

Food was awesome! got the boneless wings and the quesadilla! Service was great and the cooks are amazing! Good job!!

Weekday afternoon grabbed a drink after shopping at the Fashion square mall. Ketel one Peach tea, the booze was heavily poured and hit all the right spots. My waitress Julie was a doll, pretty, talkative and welcoming. Looking around I was surrounded with the dressier of weekday warriors, guys in suits who thought they were suave with talking to the ladies. All they did more of; was worry the pretty waitresses. But I guess, to work at Hooters one has to realize the types of guys that might approach. Yes? There is plenty of eye candy and a nice selection of flavors (something Saginaw is not low on is hot women), one of the more fun Hooters' environments. I'm not used to the Hooters experience since I don't go to them often, I was surprised to see families and ladies within the mass of gentle-dudes. Women that work here must hate it more times then usual, I just mean I witnessed some of the most awkward staring, I felt gross too. read more

Way overpriced now, hardly any sauce on my wings and $9.15 for a tall beer. No thanks I'll go to sportys from now on

Service and management an issue. Get a girl with attitude and a manager with no management ability and you get kids, games and an unprofessional atmosphere. Won't be back to this location. read more

Horrible. It's been at least four years since I went here, now I remember why. Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with a slice of American cheese. I got a chicken sandwich with cheese no buffalo sauce. Covid-19 customer take out only so I'm screwed! Terrible fries, no salt, zero flavor. An it was $15. You must be nuts....I will NEVER go back read more

Went for a buddy's birthday and relax with a couple of classmates. My friend likes the "ambiance." Right. The quality and amount of food is similar to what you'd expect from the rest of the franchises. Great selection of food. Ordered the "supreme nacho burger." A little messy but good. Salsa, semi-liquid cheese, beef patty, and other condiments you normally put on a burger. read more

So I really had a craving for some Hooter wings today. Unfortunately, the location in Bay City closed down. So off to Bay Road I went because Hooters has the best wings right? Wrong. I drove 20mi round trip for basic wings I could have got at 12 different dive bars that were much closer and probably would have paid $8 instead of $18. There was virtually no sauce on them. All I could taste was the bleu cheese. When the girl behind the counter picked up my box and put it in the bag, I was struck by the fact that it wasn't the large Hooters Box I was used to. It was just a regular sized Styrofoam box. Not that I was there for the packaging but it seemed to me to be a pretty small box for 10 big plump wings that you normally get. When I got in the car, I opened it up and found out why. The wings were all just little, tiny, seen one-seen'em all wings. This was basically a waste of time, gas and money. I'm done with Hooters. read more

This used to me my go to place for wings but I'm starting to realize that I can get the same quality at Tony's with their wing basket for so much less money!! The staff has always been wonderful so I will give them the two stars, but I don't see me coming back for any reason read more

Came in just after 7, was told 30 minute wait. At 8 went inside and was told they had crossed everyone off because they don't have enough time or room. This is ridiculous. They had our numbers and could have called us to say they couldn't serve us. We left and there were several cars full of people in the lot still waiting while the hostess just stood at the front. Will be reaching out to corporate about the poor management and communication, Covid isn't an excuse for this level of service. read more

The bartender at the bar was lacking in customer service and was very rude. I would not recommend this Hooters at all. I've had Great service at other Hooters and this was definitely not up to par. The food was ok. Two tiny pieces of fish on the mahi-mahi sandwich and the accompanying salad was just lettuce and dressing. I will never return to this place ever. Too many good food choices and friendly staff surrounding this place. No wonder it was empty. read more

The food was great, but our server was absolutely terrible. She was more concerned with a guy at a table she kept sitting down to talk to, instead of serving her tables on top of making many mistakes. The manager witnessed this, yet nothing changed. We were not the only disgruntled customers because of her service. This was my first Hooters experience and like I said, the food was great. But if that is the service you receive there, I'm not sure I would ever return. At least at this location. read more
