First of all the service was awful!!! There was a lot of staff but our waitress was more concerned about herself and talking with the other staff than waiting on us and doing her job. I ordered celery to go with my wings and this is what was brought out to me. You would think one look at it and it should never ever have been served in the first place! I had to call the waitress over to make her aware and get some different celery and she didn't act like anything was wrong with it and certainly never apologized and wondered if I wanted new. I was certainly not going to eat that spoiled stuff! It took a bit but she brought out new and it still wasn't much better but I never said anything and she didn't bother to ask or even come back to our table. We had to wait an extremely long time to get the bill. Again no apologies or anything. Needless to say she never received a tip. A tip shouldn't be expected, everyone needs to remember it is based upon the service you receive. It was a very disappointing evening out at this establishment. My sandwich was delicous and so was my cousins patty melt as for my younger cousins BBQ wings the sauce they were supposed to be covered in was non existent and when asked to fix it they said it would be a 20-30 minute wait and then they just brought BBQ sauce to the table and do it ourselves. Street tacos had barely any filling in them and our granddaughter order the sampler appetizer as her meal and she got it 10 minutes after the rest of the table was served in separate servings. Not a great experience on the 4th weekend. Our server was Ava, middle aged, blonde haired woman on 7/5 at 8:30pm. My veteran husband was denied drinks because his license was expired, he had valid paperwork but not the physical license showing he was of age. Ava brought our whole table drinks then told us she couldn't server him after we all started drinking... we would have left if we knew sooner. I understand policy's and respect them, it was the approach and attitude of Ava telling us about it that was terribly disrespectful. You made him feel uneducated trying to explain your policy. You pointed out the obvious expired date... but here is the valid paperwork showing it was renewed. Ava then tried to save herself by being over the top, continued to apologize and bring up the policy mid dining while also saying she disagrees with the policy. This was throughout the remainder of the night. This interaction with Ava was uncomfortable and disrespectful leading to us no longer have BDubs as one of our go to restaurants. Please do better Ava, learn a better approach or get your manager to explain the policy you say you don't agree with. read more

Across the road from the hotel with decent beer and doesn't close at 8 pm on a Sunday... Hostesses made hard work of seating. Right side of restaurant looks like a school cafeteria... Very loud but I guess everyone likes to hear the games... service was very good. Double beef stack sandwich was not great. 2 dry patties and did not look like the pic. My husband and I were in town buying a brand new truck and he wanted to celebrate with BWW. It's his favorite. When I placed the order online I thought it would be okay to just pick it up since it was already so late and we had an hour drive home. I walked in an had no idea where the pick up section was, ended up finding it and getting our food just fine after 5 minutes. But the real kicker was that while opening it to eat it on the road it was a mess...one of the boxes smelled rancid, my husbands chicken was plain with no sauce even tho he wanted garlic park and all the food was cold. I called back, told them what was going on and that I really didn't have the time to turn back. Several people picked up their orders--after our selected pick up time. It was 6:33 pm when my husband was handed our food. 23 minutes after our pick up time. My husband had the Grilled Southern Chicken Sandwich with cole slaw. Sandwich was fine, slaw was horrible. I ordered the naked chicken tenders with veggies (carrot & celery sticks). I ordered my chicken with no sauce/seasoning. There was quite a bit (too much for me) black pepper on the chicken. One side was overdone and hard to chew. Do not recommend. We will never go back. Today's visit was to support CMU's Humanism in Medicine honor society. Staff told my husband they were short-staffed in the kitchen. This was my first time coming to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm not sure how this one is still in business. We walked in and was told to give them our phone number and they will text us when our table is ready while there was open booths and tables everywhere (yes they were socially distanced and looked clean). The lady told us 40 minute wait time and we waited then came in because it was 45 minutes. I talked to them and asked why we weren't seated since we've waited so long and finally we got seated. When we were seated there were no menus and had to use a QR code. When asked, the lady said all the menus were being used up. we ordered our drinks and she came back with them and we ordered our appetizers and the same sequence with our food. She gave us plastic knives, forks, and napkins in a plastic thing. We asked her for silverware and she came back with a big mountain of these plastic packs. The people eating around us however, had silverware and menus. Our waitress was very sweet and kind, however the other waitress were sitting at the front of the building in a group doing nothing. My wings were absolutely terrible but they lady was super sweet and said that she could take them and get me a different kind. Absolutely disappointed. A few trips through here, and I've got mixed reviews about BW3. I normally call in my order, and it's usually pretty quick. Although it hasn't been accurate yet. The first time they forgot 6 of my wings, the second time forgot my drink. Also, the upsell is pretty rough... I called on "traditional" wing night... ordered my 18 wings for pickup... but no one told me on "traditional" wing night, ranch and bleu cheese are extra. 7 degrees outside and snowing... can you guess how much I looked forwrad to driving back up there. But this place tends to do a lot of business, and the front door is often very crowded... especially in the cold weather. I have eaten at this location for over 5 years, but since the re-modeling, they must have fired all their cooks or maybe they all quit. For the last few months, the wings (their specialty, I believe it is mentioned in their name) have been dogs**t. After not visiting the store since March, I decided to try them, once more. Ordered 15 traditional wings with two sauces, ranch dressing and celery. You could only put a fork into 5 of the wings, as the rest were so hard. And I waited for over 20 minutes for them to come out , so I was hoping I would be getting freshly cooked ones. These were some of the smallest ones I have ever seen. I am done with this location, try the Midland or Bay City stores instead. Haven't had a problem with the food at either of those locations, and the servers are actually interested in how satisfied you are with the food. Saginaw servers just expect you to leave the tip, never ask you if everything was ok or not. read more

We have gotten take out from here 4 or 5 times and each time it has been wrong. The manager sent us some bullshit letter that was dated 2 months before we finally called to address the issue. It was obviously the exact same apology letter that he had sent out before-changed the name-but forgot to change the date. He also sent us a whopping $10 comp pass to cover the $100 of food that they've messed up. We started getting takeout in the first place because our service was also horrible and we vowed to not waste our tip money on people who couldn't/refused to do their jobs. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of ZERO like I should only because I've had an awesome bartender that waited on me once before last summer on the patio and I would go back only if she was waiting on me....
