Decent service. Quick times on food. Wasn't too busy but it was close plus we got a discount from our hotel.

If I could give a zero stars I would. The hostesses were rude and to busy txting and talking to do their job. I got there and they said it can be up to a 20min wait. I said fine i can wait outside. They took my information and I went and sat outside. There was 1 group of 4 in front of my couple. I watched six groups of ppl leave while I sat outside. I seen the 1st group of ppl called to take their spot. I watched as several other couples came and were seated along with anther group of more than 2 ppl get seated. I walked in and let the hostess know we have been waiting while many others came and were seated. I received a reply of we will get to you when we are ready for you to be seated. You just need to go wait until we message you. Needless to say we left and went down to Jalepeno's and were seated asap and treated with kindness and respect. I like Applebee's food but will never step foot back into this disrespectful, unfriendedly establishment again!!! Needless to say they lost a good customer as I will no longer do business lunches or dinners there. I will go to Jalapeños in the future. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of this place because you don't always get the best service here. Lately they had a waiter who was always rude to customers and would not get them more drinks when they asked and was snippy with them. I'm not going to say his name because he said he was moving or leaving the area soon so maybe he is not there anymore but if you want to know or have had a similar experience then you can message me and ask me about him. I did not have him but my sister and her friends did, one of her coworkers, and one of my friends and coworkers had bad experiences with him and a few other waitresses there. The only times that I really go here are during the week now when it is not busy otherwise you always end up getting poor service. I don't know why they have to hire rude people all the time too. I don't know how they even get hired and keep a job with how they treat customers. My waitress was really nice the last time that I went in here but she could have given us one more drink a piece after she gave us our bill but she didn't and I don't agree with that because we were still eating and could have used more tea and coke or water. I like going in for drink specials but I like to sit at the bar because the bartender is usually a lot more friendly than the waitresses and I think he makes the drinks better if you are tipping him directly. Anyway, I also like to sit here because it is in the middle of the restaurant and it is cold in there by the windows. I really think they need to turn up the heat in the winter months. At least in the summer it is not too hot in there. They keep it kind of cold in the summer actually and I like to bring a sweater with me just in case. I bet it isn't so busy as it used to be now that we have Olive Garden and Buffalo Wild Wings but maybe they will start to train their workers on better customer service skills. My boyfriend and I came in here and were going to do the 2 for $20 but we couldn't agree on what to eat because they had a 2 for $24 side too and I wanted something on that side and he wanted something on the other side so I said forget it I'm getting the lemon shrimp alfredo and he got the chicken strips and french fries even though they always give him horrible heartburn and I yelled at him and he was sick later as usual but oh well. I just wish they would offer better options for deals and have better service. read more

I also agree with reviewer Aaron P. the service at this Applebee's is always poor. The food is mediocre at best and for the price, it's unacceptable. This location is always cold and drafty too. It's always busy due to lack of other local dining options, but you really would be better served to drive out of town for a quality meal and skip Applebees. read more

So I walked into Applebee's tonight and was sitted immediately which was good but this is where the evening starts to decline. We were not greeted at the table until about 15 mins after we sat down, but we got our drinks promptly. Ordered two steaks medium and medium rare. Steaks where cook to perfection but lacked in the flavor department, pasta was bland and mash was cold, also ordered the all you can eat fish and chips, batter thick on the outside and soggy and dripping with grease in the inside, fries cold and no flavor and slaw was no flavor as well. Shortly after learned it's actually not all you can eat you would be cut off after 5 pieces and the fish was only about 3-4 inches, So if it's advertised as all you can eat but you get cut off it's really not all you can eat now. Waitress did not care about her job at all and took over half our meal to even get a refill on drinks, and when she did come she just said I don't really care I'm in school right now and need this job, manager came over and just looked at us without asking how service was or food. Overall this Applebee's gets a D in my book nice place but lacks in food quality and professionalism. read more

I went here tonight for dinner and asked the bartender if she got ESPN 2 so I could watch my team on just one of the 6 TV 's that had the same thing on. Her response was I don' t think so. She didn't even make the slightest effort to ask and find out. The next time she came by I told her I wanted to pay so I could just go. She said I am pretty sure we don't get any of those channels. Imagine that. I thought that was the ultimate in laziness in not even making any effort at all for a paying customer. She didn't even seem the least bit concerned I wanted to leave because she couldn't make the effort to check with anyone. As I paid she said thank you for stopping in. I thought that comment was so insulting. She should have said don't let the door hit me in the ass as I left. I just can't imagine an Applebys not getting all the sports channels. I paid, went to my hotel and turned my game on. So imagine an Applebys not getting the same sports channel that my hotel has about a half mile away. The food was good as any Appleby's, it's just the customer service that really turned me off. I won't be going back to this location! read more
