He got kicked out right after asking. Sorry and pathetic bartenders who obviously hate tips (I didn't need to tip for waters but did since they were obviously busy for the holiday). I would say hire new bartenders but it seems like they all hate their lives working here, so actually keep them. Got ur charger btw #cooked Instagram.com/jxckbullock

The fish meal included a salad bar and fries. I rarely see a salad bar offered ANYWHERE anymore; it wasn't much, but it was good. The fish and fries were decent... you have the option on walleye, cod, or a mix. The initial serving is 4 pieces of fish. I opted to do the mix (2 of each). Definitely liked the walleye best. The cod was decent, but also a bit more chewy that the walleye. The fish wasn't quite as flaky as I would have liked, so not sure if it was the quality of the filets or how they were cooked. Nonetheless, the meal was good and reasonably priced for an all-you-can-eat. It was a bit out of the way for us, so not sure I would make the longer trip for the fish, but it was definitely worth the try.

The brisket has such a good smoky flavor and very tender and delicious. It does have some fat on it, but the flavor of the meat is very very high-quality. The portions are huge! We also enjoyed collard greens, but no one liked the mac & cheese. Unfortunately, the mac & cheese was very bland and watery. Service was great. They are friendly and clean. The white bama sauce is so good! I would definitely come back.

He had suggestions for beers to try and a smile. But the place just has a bummer vibe. It's dark, gloomy, and untouched. We went in looking for a few of their beers and some oktoberfest ones. We were told that one was offered with a couple of flavors because it's not that good. I appreciate the candor, but why offer it? Our cheese curds turned my stomach. I don't say this lightly. I don't think they have changed the oil in a while by the dark color, or the oil wasn't hot enough. Just not good. I don't expect it to keep going like this. Sad it could be something. I wonder if the owners even care. The space that they made across the way was cute. They hardly use it. When they did, the bartenders didn't show up. It was a one man show for the 2 spaces. It's just not worth it with other bars so close by.
