One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. The dining area was very dirty -- ketchup smeared on the seats, several tables not wiped off with food crumbs and spilled drinks, and the condiment bar covered in soda, ketchup, and wrappers. Even the windows were filthy with kids' smudge marks. The fries were pale and greasy, and the chicken tenders were warm and tough. A manager was there interviewing someone and never addressed how dirty the place was with her staff. They were too busy visiting in the kitchen area. I won't be back. Try Hardee's instead. read more

The price point is the issue. At nearly $5 dollars a pop for just a small breakfast sandwich, the prices at any McDonalds are criminal. The employees there are polite, and the building is nice, the problem lies in the inflated prices of their menu against the quality of the food. I have been to the Oglesby many times in the evening and they just can't get it right I told them my order 3 times and still didn't get it right . The staff was very rude and unprofessional laughing at me . I am sorry that my order was so difficult ! NOT!! read more

Very clean restaurant and tables were spaced so you don't near others. Employees fill your drinks, which is nice. Only one person is allowed in the bathroom at once though an employee came in while I was in there. read more

Food was ok, fries were fresh. The iced tea container had a freshness label that said use by 12:48 pm. It is now 7:22pm. I stood to place my order and no one greeted me. They SAW me, but hoped ( I'm sure) that I would use the kiosk. When placing a special order, I like to order from a human. Once I gave my order I went to the drink station. It was filthy. Spilled ketchup, spilled drinks, no napkins and no straws. I looked around at the tables hoping for napkins, but no luck. There were a few customers and LOTS of employees. The woman that gave me my food said she would get someone to clean the drink station. Won't be back. For as many people working, the tables were dirty and obviously lack of pride in their place. read more

This is just about the friendliest McDonald's! I stopped here on a road trip and went through the drive thru. Although the line was long it moved fast. My food was ready and hot when I got to the window. My only complaint was they only included 1 napkin in my order. When you eat in your car, it's nice to have a couple spare ones. read more

Went at a non-busy time. Ordered to dine in with table tent. Instead to-go bag left at pick up without drink cups. Ketchup dispenser empty and no ketchup packets available at front. This is one of the best McDonalds we have ever visited. The staff was so friendly and the service was excellent. We were traveling over 1000 miles home to Wisconsin. My kids love Happy Meals so we stop at McDonalds. I love that the chicken nugget happy meal comes with apple slices and yogurt. It's a fast easy way for us to feed our kids on road trips. All of our food was hot made to order. It got to us fast. The staff was friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The best McDonalds we've ever visited. read more

I frequently stop at this Oglesby , IL location on my way to Peoria from Chicago West suburbs. I ALWAYS use the restroom and purchase at least a beverage. The resrooms have 2 stalls. I stopped yesterday and the women's restroom door which is a push door, no handle....was locked from the inside. My daughter was forced to use the mens restroom while I waited.....an employee came out of the locked womens restroom!!!! Why????? Also, the mens restroom had feces all over the seat. This location is very convenient for MANY. I hope someone from your company can check on this. Why is there a lock on the door ?????? I did not make a purchase yesterday. read more

This McDonald's is great . Very clean inside with modern looking decor. Staff is always very friendly . I don't like McDonald's food (any McDonald's) but their coffee is great here. Plus my son really enjoys their kids meals. read more

McDonald's is just OK to me. Their food isn't very special. I used to eat at McDonald's quite often, but now I don't go there anymore. Sometimes the cheeseburger would have this strange flavor to it, but the fries were pretty good. Their food is just frozen and then they cook it or deep fry it. I don't call that true food. If they would make their food more special, I'd go more often, but until then, I won't be returning. read more
