I had the Vampire margaritas and the sample app platter. The server was very understanding and a great listener. She worked with me on my allergies and helped with substitutions. The food was good. Just what I ordered and at my temperature level! I was there just after the typical lunchtime on a Saturday, and though it was a little busy, my server was very attentive to me and checked in on me. The restaurant was clean and fun! Even though music was on and multiple TVs, it wasn't too loud. We could hear others. The manager on duty also checked in me and I saw her do the same with other tabled. read more

Several employees, including the manager just kept walking right by and not asking if I would like another beer.. after I sat with an empty glass for 15 minutes, I decided to just leave but had to wait 20 minutes just to get my bill. Very poor customer service. The restaurant was Not busy,.. I was one of two customers sitting at the bar. I will Not return here the next time I'm in town. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Philly looks like mustard but that is Beer Cheese Cheesesteak - American Near Me - Peru, Illinois

They had a deal going on where you get a double burger, four boneless wings and tater tots for $10. It is an amazing deal and a lot of food. My parents and I we all got the same thing and we loved it. The All-American burger has two patties and it was seasoned well and very juicy and delicious. My lemon pepper wings were very good. The tater tots were also crispy and good. Alexis was our server and she was friendly and did a good job. The restaurant was clean. It was pretty dead in there. We went pretty early around like 4:30 PM. read more

Jessyka was our server in the dining room and she was very attentive. We stopped in for a quick bite and we had not been to this location. Actually I had not been to a B Dubs in several years. It's still the same fun place with plenty of big screen TVs and booths. What was missing was they don't have NTN / Buzztime trivia here? As far as I could recall all BW3s at one time many years ago had the trivia games. Maybe they stopped carrying it? Disappointing. The food is the same as I recall except the queso sauce was slightly different. This has hatch chilis in it but not as flavorful anymore. Maybe it needs some chili powder but I found it a bit bland. The black bean burger is still the same and I enjoyed it. It came with a side of skinny fries which are good. We also had some guacamole and it came out in a big serving cup. Brother enjoyed a side of chili with the nachos. Overall the food is just ok but the service and atmosphere were fantastic. read more

absolutely the longest wait ever , to get sat , to get greeted to get food ... you get the point

We came here for the first time--we had ordered online before--but the service is terrible. The waitresses looked miserable; it took 15 minutes just to get sodas and another half-hour for a dish to arrive. I do not recommend this place; it is old and smells bad. The food isn't bad, but the service certainly is. read more

We ate here today and the waitress was one of the slowest and worst.she gave us cold wings and mustard on a burger when we specified that we wanted no mustard twice.also it said no mustard on a sticker and it still managed to have this sour warm mustard. not to mention when we wanted the bill she had an "emergency" ( Btw her name was c money ) it was very cold in the restaurant at the time the other waitress were us a table for about 30 mins when there were many available at the time i don't think she even deserved a tip i feel like she was being taught cause she was so bad if i get her agian were leaving imdetailly and not coming back that's for wasting my night read more

horrible company shitty employees the general manager is always stoned and can't do anything better with her time but to screw over her employees and allow others to be intoxicated while making food no regards for safety if you bleed you are told to hide it and worst of all the while kitchen is covered in moldy food crumbs black mold and sewage smelling water coming out of the pipes read more

If you want tiny wings, this is ur place. If u want to wait all day for a refill or to go boxes. This is ur jam.

I ordered food on the app to go. The app said it would be ready at 3:10. When I arrived before 3:10 they informed me it will be a few more minutes. They then proceeded to plate my food, and had me waiting for twenty minute. There was nobody upfront to help anyone, multiple groups of people had to wait. This is ridiculous I demand a refund!!! read more

Food and wait staff are great. But the tables and seating areas are gross. Needs to be updated. But other than that, our food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress went above and beyond for us due to my health conditions that bar me from eating certain foods. read more

Got takeout wings last Sunday night 01/23 and got 20 bone in and 20 boneless. The bone in were TERRIBLE! Super tiny wings with barely any meat on them! And at least 4 wings were deformed wings no idea why any customer would be happy with those wings! I wish I had a picture to post but I threw them out asap! Very disappointed with this BWW! read more

Good food, great atmosphere, great service. 72 bucks for lunch, no alcohol. Sigh. Medium sized boneless wings is way too much for one person.....but now I know. The childs size burger was large, but the seasoning threw off my 8 year old. Thankfully, he's polite, so he just ate his fries and didn't complain. The wrap that my wife had looked good and she enjoyed it allegedly. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Free tablets with games for the kids. - American Near Me - Peru, Illinois

It's a BWW. Nothing more nothing less. But it's the employees and atmosphere that gives this place a five star rating. We bring the kids here probably once a month and have never gotten bad service. The wait staff is friendly and nice and really seem to like their jobs. The food is pretty darn good too compared to the same food ordered at another location about 30miles away. Will continue to patronize as it is the people that keep us coming back oh and it's loud. So my kids don't disturb anyone. Lol. read more

They have a special on Tuesdays. The wings were so small the only one that tasted any good where the pizza flavored. I was very disappointed. Trying to support the local restaurants but I don't think I will be back for quite some time read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - a box of buffalo wings and a box of chicken wings - American Near Me - Peru, Illinois

Usually when we come here the service is decent and the food is hot. This time however service was terrible. I will say we did come in a hour before close, however we were out of there with 20 minutes to spare. Would have been sooner had the waitress gotten our check. When we can in we were rudely greeted by Dawn who was visibly irritated that we came in an hour before close! She was rude the entire time we were there. The food we got was cold, small, and definitely the end of the bag. read more

Absolutely love the bartender jannaca! Food is bdubs.. It is what it is.. Place is clean and enjoyable.

There's only a 50% chance you will get fresh wings that aren't rubbery. Their wings used to always be so good a couple years ago, but now it's hit or miss. I recently just went to the Peru location and we asked if they could make sure our wings were fresh. after that she was very rude and of course our wings were not fresh. She admitted that sometimes they reheat the wings which is absolutely disgusting. everyone should get FRESH wings, not rubbery disgusting ones. If you want good wings go to Applebees read more

My love affair with chicken wings has been long and torrid. While at school in Galesburg, Illinois I spent many a Monday evening delighting in the delicious Wings Night at Cherry Street. I have been recently introduced to the glory of Buffalo Wild Wings. So far I am a BIG fan. The delicious sauces they use are a fantasy of flavors. I always am quite satisfied with my choices. However, this was not the case when I chose to sample the wares at the Peru branch of BWW's. The wings were definitely not saucy enough for me. As someone who enjoys condiments and sauces and usually finds foods smothered in them quite enjoyable, I was terribly disappointed in my wings. They were not that saucy and I was left wanting more. I do love wings and I will continue to love them, but listen- Don't skimp on my sauce! read more

Ok service wings looked old and were not enjoyable tacos were dry and felt sick afterwards

Food was okay. The waitress mentioned they were out of 5 things. Ordered an appetizer and they came back out and told us they were out of that also. Prices seemed pretty high for what you get. Probably wouldn't go back to this location. Waitress was really friendly though. read more

As far as food fare goes, this is pretty standard for a BWW. If you are unfamiliar- beer, sports, and wings a plenty! The menu is actually quite large now including everything from flatbreads, to salads, sandwiches, fried pickles, and just about everything in between at a reasonable price. This BWW really sticks out in my mind because of the service. The people who work here are SOOO nice! They are friendly, attentive, and happy to give their recommendations when asked! Couldn't ask for better servers or hosts/hostesses. I travel to Peru often for work and am always happy to stop in this family friendly B-DUBS after a long day. read more

We came a little before 11pm for a late dinner and drink. Love me some BWW. Yes they are a chain- yes they all serve the same food- doesn't mean the experience will always be the same. Here, I can say, great service, great food and overall great vibe. My husband and I came in late one night while in the area, were immediately seated. We really enjoyed playing the little game in the booth- my husband and I got hooked on playing virtual poker. Our food came out nice and hot. We both had wings and sour cream and chive wedges.I cannot remember our waitresses name, but she was great. Attentive enough but not overbearing. I took me a nice slice of chocolate cake and ice cream back to the hotel with me for dessert! If ever in the area and hungry we will definitely stop in for some yummy wangs! read more

Love the mango habenero wings!!!!! Buffalo chips with shredded cheddar was good as well. Service was good !!!

Split up our group of 8, but allowed larger groups to sit together. Wings were not (oven) hot.

In ordering yet again and giving this restaurant a chance again was yet another mistake. Missing food in carry out, food cold, soggy and bad. The Manager Sarah certainly did not know how to treat a customer she was very cocky. Maybe she shouldn't be a manager of she is not up to the task to help or talk to a customer especially when she says she don't know what to do for me. read more

There aren't too many places to watch sports and eat decent food at the same time. This place is great for both, came with my brother and ordered the cheese curds and the new yorker sandwich with pastrami cheese and a yummy mustard sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings - The new yorker sandwich with pastrami swiss cheese and a mustard sauce on a pretzel bun - American Near Me - Peru, Illinois

Very poor service the last 2 times I have gone to the Peru location. Left both times before even ordering drinks. The first time we waited over 20 minutes without any contact with anyone besides the host seating us. The second time we came in there were whole chicken wings on the floor and chips all over the seat. I can't justify spending $50 dollars at a place that doesn't take pride in their service or cleanliness. Prior to these 2 incidents I called in to hear the specials a different evening and the manager couldn't even tell me anything besides the $10 deal. I was on the phone over 15 minutes and he said he could check the monitor playing them if he were to leave his office. He went to look and I was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Overall disappointed with the Peru BWW and don't think I will be back. read more

I know it's sports bar environment but when 90% of the people aren't drunk in the entire restaurant and a few morons are drunk screaming and making a scene over some a stupid game on one of the tvs. Several people made comments to management and nothing came of it. On top of that food was cold when it got to table and of course rude 19year old staff. Never again will in go in there. Be aware or typical drunk morons don't expect a good meal and a peaceful meal. read more

disgusting food- My friend and I stopped here on our way home from starved rock. We were very hungry after hiking for three hours, we didn't want to risk it and try a new restaurant so we Figured we couldn't go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings since its always good... biggest mistake. Not the servers fault, but the first thing wrong was the Pepsi, it was so gassy and had no flavor. the burger meat was sooooo nasty and unappetizing. (Had the weirdest color) The wings were under cooked and also the potatoes wedges. It was just an overall bad experience with the food. We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this experience made me never want to eat here or any other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant EVER. Made my stomach bubble. Yuck! read more

Wouldn't suggest eating here, better off buying tyson bbq chicken from Wal-Mart. Pretty sure that's where it came from anyways. I rather buy wings from pizza hut. Atleast they would be hot and less rubbery. $100 for 3 people, none of us liked the wings. read more

I love Bdubs just as much as the next guy, and the food here is the same, but I give one star for one reason: you never know whether or not they will answer the telephone. I can't tell you the amount of times I've called 3-4 times in a row; it rings and rings and rings forever and then you get the answering machine. There's nothing worse than having that incredible craving for wings and it's literally a game of chance on whether or not you will actually be able to order something. I've been hurt too many times. read more
