I came to this Applebee's because I was accompanying my mother on a house-hunting mission and we needed to stop somewhere with our realtor to grab a bite to eat. Typically I don't dig on chain restaurants like this unless I'm supremely drunk and just trying to eat more appetizers than I can stand, but I have gotta say, my lunch here was pretty great. I got the chicken fajita wrap and it was so damn good! Normally I'm not a fan of wraps, but this one had a great balance of chicken and vegetables and was served with a spicy aioli that I smeared on every bite. First I ordered to go parking. I waiting 45 minutes in the parking lot before walking in. Prior to that I hit the arrival button on there website when parked. When I walked in my order was ready but the food was cold and sides were missing. I will never recommend this lazy restaurant. Such simple things were neglected and will never order here again. I went to the restaurant. And once agonizing was told its not his problem and was told to exit the restaurant or police would be called. I can't tell you how many times I've had terrible service here. I don't mind the food and my boyfriend and I frequent this location because of its convenient location. But we decided to no longer come here. The last couple times it's taken our server over 10 mins to even greet us. We put out entire order in once she finally decided to come to the table. Waited another 15 for our drinks. The drink came out with the appetizer. I ordered a frozen margarita and it was completely melted . Tonight I ordered a classic appetizer combo for car side pickup. I arrived at the specified time, and I indicated the make and model of my car. Finally, two giggling, immature staff members brought out the food. When I got home, I saw that a major element for the combo was missing. This is the second (and last) time I've used curbside pick up here. Both times it took the waitress several trips to figure out what she was doing. Tonight she came to my car four times before I could finally leave. She kept forgetting things. I didn't have time to wait, which is why I used curbside pick up. I get home to discover that my chicken salad is only a salad. No chicken. I'm not driving back to have it fixed. I said I wouldn't be back after the last time. This time I mean it. Went here on Veterans Day and ordered one of the meals offered to honor Vets. The meat was inedible: tough, dry, and hard. I ate the potatoes which were not very good but at least edible. When the waiter, then the manager came over to check on it, I told them that the quality was terrible. They both said essentially the same thing; the meals are cooked in advance then reheated to fulfill the demand. So, my food was reheated -- microwaved after previously being cooked. Yuck. No wonder it tasted like an over nuked lean cuisine. They were very nice about all of this, but it is kind of insulting to Veterans quite honestly. The beverages were fine. I don't know though if I'll go back because of problems with quality I've experienced at Applebees generally. read more

The food was not very good, and I am unsure about how I feel about the atmosphere as well. My girlfriend felt extremely disrespected, and I uncomfortable, our waitress Amber, flirted with me the entire time while throwing weird glances at my girlfriend. Not only did she and I notice but our friends that were with us tonight, noticed as well. our waitress continuously forgot dips, drinks, She was very attentive, but when she checked on us.. Wasn't a busy night but service was extremely slow.we had a sime order soup..no cheese & chicken quesadilla appetizer: took more than 40 mins and the cook failed to include the pico and had to send the soup back twice. This is the second time within 3 months I have gone to this location and I can say it will be the last. Server was super friendly BUT everything was slow - I mean really slow. Now we don't like rushing through our apps and the meal should flow but we got apps and salad together and my husband said please don't being out the main entree so the sever was very conscious NOT but the kitchen left it under the heat lamp. normally the staff is excellent and the food is great! but the last few times we've been there it has been an decline in service,food quality, and overall employee knowledge/sincerity. We stopped going for a while, because every time we went, one of our brood has gotten sick afterwards ( sick for 2+days) so after a few months of not going, we chalked it up to coincidence, and went on 10/20/13. First problem was when we came in the host greeted us (celine) and then tried to seat us (three kids one of them being a baby) right at the table in front of the door, as calmly and nicely as we could we asked to be moved,since there was a draft, she aptly refused with an attitude and said that wasn't possible, i asked to speak to her manager and she quickly changed her tune, yet had a horrible attitude about it, we we're moved away from the door and placed at an table on the far right side. Our waiter (who looked like a model, with tattoo's) greeted us and took our drink order which came out quick and fast (although we had 2 extra juices when we ordered one and no straws). We're regulars so we quickly knew what we wanted to order, yet the waiter disappeared and didn't pop up for about ten minutes (we couldn't even drink our drinks during this time), as handsome as he was, he was very monotone,and seemed to not wanna be there (slightly but not Overly busy) we ordered an appetizer sampler, two orders of the Trio, kids chicken fingers and fries, with a kids hamburger and fries. and then the wait began, we literally came there at 6:30Pm we didn't get our food untill 7:30pm, a waitress (not ours) stopped and told us there was some confusion in the kitchen, and it's a longer wait then normal (a blonde i forget her name) and asked us if we needed anything (we didn't) our WAITER NEVER APPEARED during this time AT ALL. We started to get restless, as we saw multiple parties seated Way after us come and go, when finally he appeared and said it'll be only a few minutes, WE didn't even get our appetizer after waiting for almost and hour! the food finally came out (all together, appetizer plus dinner) and we ate greedily, the food was warm like it's been sitting there a while and very overly salty, it was wrong (once again and extra burger) but after the long wait and hungry,restless kids we sucked it up and ate it anyway. after finishing we sat there for another half and hour while we waited for our waiter to appear (he checked up on us a few minutes right after we got it and then disappeared again) he appeared and we ordered the Apple Chimi cheesecake which was the BEST part of the whole dinner. after we paid i wanted to speak with a manager, yet he disappeared ONCE again and it wasn't worth the wait. it was way past 8pm and we had to get home!.. i am furious about this experience and this restaurant, it has declined in every way, and we aren't gonna come back. its a shame because it's hard to find a family oriented restaurant that has an vast menu and adult drinks... but im willing to shell out more money for a better overall experience.. read more

I've eaten here before and never had an issue. Tonight, we wanted something quick and easy, so we used their ToGo menu on the website. It said it would be ready at 7:39 pm. We arrived at 7:50 and were told that the food was not ready yet. The waitress came back out 5 minutes later and said it would be 10-15 at most, proceed to almost 45 minutes later they finally bring our food (the restaurant was not very busy at the time as the parking lot was only half full). We got home and were very disappointed as the Brew pub pretzels we ordered we're hard and barly any cheese sauce was given. I ordered the breakfast burger with bacon, the bacon was hard as a rock, the egg was over cooked and had a matalic taste, and the hamburger was burnt (asked for it to be cooked with pink), and could not eat ether bun as they were as hard as a rock. My wife's pasta was cold, like it had been sitting out for a long period of time, and some of her noodles weren't fully cooked. The only thing they got right were the French fries. He got the all you can eat riblets, however even though they tasted good, too many small platelet bones were throughout the meat. I ordered a half rack of ribs which should be 7 ribs and there was only 5 ribs on my plate. I mentioned it to the waitress and the manager agreed there should be more ribs. He gave me a credit for 4.00 and that's okay but I think the short every customer and I'm guessing they use the the other 4 ribs they take em from every rack and sell them as riblets.
