I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. We went in for the dollarritas and not only were they AWFUL and nothing as advertised but the service itself was even worse. We came in with friends and in a great mood trying to feel like college kids all over again but that was quickly ruined by the way we were treated. We were never offered anything else on the menu and were treated less because we went in to order A PROMOTIONAL drink. If you want to come to this location just know that you'll be treated like a brick wall. read more

I had a gift card to use up so we visited on a Friday night around 7 pm. Not very busy. We were seated in the bar area. The hostess was so nice, very friendly and welcoming. Happy hour had already ended but I still got a watermelon margarita and it was great! Our server/bartender was awesome. Excellent service. The manager was on the floor the whole time helping with bringing out food and drinks. Most of the food tastes like reheated frozen meals. The onion rings tho - delish!! read more

I wish I could give 100 stars! From the moment we walked in the door, it was top notch service! The manager, Anna, saw we had a friend who is blind and opened the front door for us and gave us a very friendly greeting. Her vibrant personality set the tone for our entire visit. She was also well versed in serving someone with a vision impairment. She was very attentive. Then we met our server, Kinna, she was also wonderful and a very attentive server. We were a party of 6. They sat us at a table for 4. That was the start. I ordered the lime-cheese-chicken with no beans and rice. I asked can I get a salad with that instead of the beans & rice. She said sure - but that was a $2 up charge that she didn't bother to disclose until I saw it in the bill. So chicken breast smothered in cheese and some sauce and a small salad was $18+! Several Applebee's have been closing down and I'm so glad that this one hasn't closed down. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye w garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I used the online ordering thing and pulled up to a spot and a guy came out to let me know it would be a couple more minutes. Service was fast and friendly. The steak was really yummy and cooked to my liking. It was also tender and juicy. I would definitely order from here again. I really like that you pull up to a number and they bring it out to you. Outstanding customer service! However I would recommend they get a new chef because the food was not as tasteful. The baked bread was really good, the salad was too salty and the well done steak that we did not order was overcooked and the drinks were the usual Applebees drinks. Nice inside. Best service by far than we've had in a long time! They make you feel very welcomed, appreciated and tended to here! And very reasonable prices with good potions of food. Our beers nice and cold and mom-in-law liked her big pina colada. I got the chicken torilla soup and there was literally barely enough soup to cover the bottom of the bowl with more chips on top than soup . Asked the mananger over before eating any and she was so nice and agreed. She promtly brought a full bowl of soup, apologizng. It was really good and will have it again. I tried the Quesadilla Burger and upgraded to onion rings. It was good, but will try something else next time. Really good onion rings and would get them again. My wife and mom-in-law got the 2 for special - 2 salads (ceasar or house) or 1 appetizer & 2 entrees. They both got the salad that was really big. Mom liked the ceaser and my wife the house, but recommends getting a different dressing than ranch. It really had no flavor and very runny. Mom liked her riblet and fries platter. My boyfriend and I came in before that happy hour rush, sat at the bar and just wanted a couple of drinks since I was studying for finals. I ordered an angry orchard, they were out so she said "I'll grab you a water". Again there was no rush. There was one other person seated at the bar and it looked like an employee who just got off. Never got her name but she's the older lady with cheap tattoos on her. Socializing with the other servers. Seated in the bar area was maybe 3 other tables that looked like they were finishing up their food. She came back with our waters and I ordered a shot of casamigos, didn't have it so she named off 3 and I ordered the third one. Chilled. And a side salad without croutons. My bf ordered a vodka soda. Salad never came out. She never checked up on us. We asked for the check when she finally walked by and she had an attitude while giving us our check. Left her cash and left. We usually never have any problems when coming here since we're in and we're out but goddamn. We were there for less than 30 minutes and the place was empty. Now we know why. Servings are very generous, and modest prices. Self-serve payment system at table, so for those concerned about security, your card never leaves your sight. Now the food...started with beef nachos. Pretty darn good for a fast-casual restaurant. Well seasoned beef, fair amount of toppings, and enough for four to share as an appetizer. For a meal, try the shrimp if that's your thing. Went to eat there with my father. When we showed up, there was nobody at the front greeting desk thing where they guide you to the table. When they finnaly came, they said they would get us a booth near the window separating the bar, and spent 5 minutes preparing it, only to sit us down at a different booth. So that was a waste of time. We sit down and are asked for our drinks, and we get them pretty quick. We ordered and ate our food, and when we asked for refills, our waiter said they would get them. So we waited 10 mins until another waitress came up and asked if we needed refills, so we told her yes because the other guy didn't even get them. We then waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to get out drinks, only for our original waiter to come up and, get this, ask if we wanted refills.. like, we asked 10 mins ago. So he heads over to get our drinks after those first 20 minutes or so, and then right before he came back with the drinks, the waitress that asked the second time, came back. We told her about the refills, and then our waiter came back, after we already asked the waitress! Our waiters attitude was really bad. He just constantly acted nonchalant like we hadn't waited 20 mins for our drinks. Good food but bad customer service. read more

I had came here towards closing and to find out that they have happy hour even during the night hours!!! I had ordered the grilled steak and my friend had the steak sandwich. The drinks were awesome (I can't remember what I had to be honest) but it was delicious and I got home and knocked out lol. The atmosphere was cool and the waitress was friendly. First time here since before covid. A burger and chicken nuggets for da man and the wonton tacos for me. I'd had them at another Applebees last year and they were delicious. These weren't. They were a bit soggy and didn't taste the same, too sweet for me. Burger was ordered medium but overcooked, no pink inside the patty. French fries were tasteless and barely warm. We just had the most awful service ever here .. don't know our server's name but he was working 2/20 around 7pm. He not only would not check on us for if we liked our meal, but he seemed preoccupied with other things. On top of that we had someone disabled fall over and not one person here walked over to check on that. We were able to get her up with no thanks to Applebee's. Worst customer service ever and we still paid $50 for mediocre food and awful service. Can't believe we even decided to come here. We decided to go here out of no where. The service was terrible. We waited to place our order but grew impatient I put the order in myself, in the table kiosk. When the server finally came we told her we put the order in and was doing the 2 for 26. She said no problem and everything looked right. We order two appetizers 1 pretzel and 1 spinach dip that came with the 2 for 26. She brings the pretzel out and says she will grab the spinach dip. Never does and then our food came out. We asked the food runner about the spinach dip and she apologized and said they would discount the check. Once we get the check, I find that they didn't apply the 2 for 26. Should had been an $11 discount. I know it's not much but with inflation and the way things are everything counts. Anyway, they gave a 10% discount which was $6.93. I ended up paying more for the meal and no discount on the spinach dip. read more

My high student's school has an annual tradition of going to Applebees after a school event. One of the moms put in a reservation, advising there would be a large group of students attending dinner (around 60-70 high schoolers) so they could adequately staff the restaurant. There were only 3 servers working Saturday night. One student's order took 2 hours to get to the table. Some of the group never got their food or drinks. The servers were rude and also recruited one of the student to help take food and drink orders. A server even yelled at a table of students when asked why they never received their food, saying it was their fault that they didn't get their order. Really disappointed with the level of care taken with their special celebratory dinner. read more

There aren't enough words to express my DISGUST in my experience with this restaurant tonight. My husband brought home dinner which included a salad. I opened the lid to pour ranch dressing on the salad, returned the lid and gave the salad a shake. I opened it to take one bite, look down to take another and there was a ******* SPIDER IN MY SALAD!!!! I will never in my lifetime eat here again, and you shouldn't either!!
