I ordered my food at 1:26 PM I waited hour and a half to get burnt food my steak was so burnt that I couldn't even cut it my riblets was burnt and he just threw sauce on it I would rather wait two hours for good food then wait 30 minutes for Food that is burnt when I called to speak to a manager I got attitude by the waitress and they never got on the phone so altogether I waited three hours for nothing I do not recommend anybody to go here but if you do please make sure that you push the issue that you want good food over time I would rather wait all day for a good quality food in a wait an hour for burnt food read more

Very friendly staff and good food. Had a nice family birthday party for 8 people here, as family live all over and we met in the middle at this Applebee's. Very nice manager as well. There were gluten free options and staff was very knowledgeable and careful with our food allergies. read more

It was ok the server was great, Steaks are awesome here but do not get the garlic green beans ,they are so plastered with salty garlic powder it was disgusting and i love garlic. This restaurant is clean. It has a loud bar feeling to it. I feel the prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get. If your on a low sodium diet stay away. I've never had any problems with this Applebees. They always had my food fast along with being nice and attentive.

We came to Applebee's a few nights ago for half-off appetizers, one of the best specials to exist, btw. The brew pub pretzels & beer cheese hit the spot, and my sister got the boneless wings: a huge favorite. We enjoyed using the jukebox they had there, something fun to do with friends, as well as a photobooth too. The only issue we encountered was that our server wasn't very attentive, but she was still friendly. Overall, good experience! Definitely coming back. read more

Grease grease and more grease, wow !! Applebee's used to be a decent place to go get a burger and fries but wow !! They obviously never clean the grill because I had so much grease and burnt pieces of meat on my burger it was uneatable. It tased like it was burnt but it clearly was the greasy coating. The fries wow so bad they were so salty it was like I was on a hidden camera show with people watching to see if I would actually eat it. I got their smallest steak with fries and broccoli. I was very full when done. Everything was perfect. The wait staff were all beautiful, intelligent and polite young women. Service was quick. Our waitress was attentive. My wife had a chicken tender platter with fries and cole slaw. She was disappointed with the slaw. She likes big bold flavors. Her favorite foods are too hot for me to eat. The rest of her meal with Buffalo Wing Sauce was excellent and it was so huge that she had enough for two more meals. Very nice decor. My husband and I usually go and have apps and drinks. Tonight we got entrees and that was a big mistake. I ordered the shrimp and Parmesan sirloin medium well. It came out medium. Sent it back waited over 40 minutes for them to make a new one. Finally had them box it to go. Got home, cut into my steak and it is now rare! Not medium or anywhere close to being medium well. It was RARE! Blood flowing, cold in the center RARE at this point I seriously doubt I would order a steak from them again. I think from now on I will stick to my appetizers. Was at Applebees on Saturday for family Birthday. I would not have gone if it was not a close family member. Wow what a joke. I jad a caesar salad and soup. I did not finish either one. Salad was horrible. Soup wasn't that great. Tables too small, others at tje table had to wait for food. Waitress stated that chicken that was ordered was dropped on the floor and they had to redo. Hopefully they didn't pit the same chicken they dropped back on the grill. She aslo sai anther chicken meal had to go back on the grill because it was not done. WTF? Table was a hot mess. Waitress never removed plates or empty classes from the table. Ugh, next time I am invited I will say no. I don't think i have ever enjoyed going to this place. April 11th I visited the local Applebee's to have a delicious dinner with my girl, celebrating our Anniversary. Everything went well till our waitress complained about serving us to us. Things got ugly. I ignored her. We ordered drinks and a appetizer and our meal since we order quick. The waitress was having difficulty dealing with customers behind us since the order was incorrect. She brought her attitude over to our table. Upon finishing our meal. She was beginning to lighten up and even offered dessert and we ordered right away. She left out empty plates sitting in front of us for a half hour. She didn't come back for some time.. Excited to try new things. She was clearing the table finally we commented on the dishes served being delicious and I said to her politely and out of anticipation to try something new, "We are ready for dessert mmmmhmm." She snapped at me saying "Young man, we are busy here at Applebees. I can't bring dessert to you any quicker than anyone else. So you're going to have to wait." I was surprised by the sudden attitude change. Ruined the mood for our time there and made my girl uncomfortable being in the restaurant. I didn't want to tip this waitress at this point. As we were leaving she stopped us at the table when the money was down and I said to her keep the change. She complained about the tip to me. I about took the tip. Instead I gave her a dollar tip and said, "we are leaving and we didn't like the poor service". Poor service. Good food. Bad attitude. You never complain to the customer you're serving. read more

This was the worst meal I've had in a long time. We waited over an hour for our food and when we got it, it was cold. The only reason we didn't send it back is because it was 11 by the time it arrived and we were too hungry to wait any longer. Our server was unconcerned. The manager was even less concerned. We let her know the food was extremely slow and all she said was "well it was really busy, so it was slow for everyone. " I will never come back to this location.
