WOW!) On a side note, why do you have more than 5 host/hostesses (who are all on their phones, even though they're not "supposed to be")? You need 2-3. Why do you have 30-50 waitstaff for an establishment that warrants 10 at best? Do you enjoy bleeding money? If you're looking for a job where you can stand around and do nothing all day this is the place for you. We won't be returning to any of your "company" establishments.
