Interesting lamp.

Attention Applebee's: Do you know that there is NO WAY to see that this restaurant is there if you drive in to the main entrance into the shopping area? Drove around for quite some time thinking there is no Applebee's and had to look it up on the map with a very weak cell phone signal. PUT UP A SIGN! People can't see you!

The gray ceiling with black dirt marks around the vent. Also very close to customers food.

Fair food, fair prices - good place if you don't feel like doing fast food, but not if you want a nice restaurant experience.

Holly was our server and she took good care of us. She had several recommendations from the menu. From that, I was sold on the wings, and got the 8-piece ($13.50) with garlic Parmesan sauce. My wife got the chicken quesadillas ($8.29). Everything was excellent, except the upcharge for using a credit card to pay. Finally, I want to add that I loved the local (i.e. not where all the tourists go) neighborhood vibe with lots of sports memorabilia.

In addition to an 8 oz. patty, the buns are soft, they don't overwhelm the burger, and they hold together. Love that! You can build your own burger or choose from their selections, which include blue cheese burger, a burger topped with North Carolina BBQ, the Bourbon one with an onion ring, bacon, and cheese, and a grilled cheese with a burger. Plus there are a few more. Quite the variety! They also come with a side. The burgers were good--not overly seasoned. The Tuesday night we went, the place was packed by 5 pm. They had two birthday parties happening. Service was really friendly and helpful, though a little slow, probably due to the number of customers. It took 30 minutes for our burgers to arrive. I don't know if they take reservations, but we walked in and were seated right away. Parking is free and right out front. They have several TVs on the walks so you can watch your favorite sport.

I really tried to give this spot a chance…read more Overall, the hotel is great. The harvest Café is very reasonable. The pitchers sports bar is just disappointing on all fronts. On our first night, a Friday night, we arrived at the hotel with 45 minutes until the bar closed. Getting drinks was difficult, but it was near the end of the shift and, so I didn't think much of it. Luckily we had brought a few beverages with us and we went to our rooms and had a few drinks after 11 PM. As a sidenote, 11 PM is an oddly early time to close a hotel bar. On the second night, we arrived almost 2 hours before bar/kitchen close to have dinner and drinks. Nothing went well. Our server would disappear for extended periods of time... Presumably to bus food from the very distant kitchen to the bar. If the bartenders are going to double as Servers/bussers, then they should have more than two working a busy Saturday night. Eventually, a manager showed up to help for a few minutes, but he quickly left again. I had to actively flag down the other bartender to assist us at one point when our bartender was gone for an extended period of time. Even that took more effort than it should. If you only have two bartenders, and you know you're going to each be gone for long periods of time, then you should cover each other and check in on other guests. On top of that, our food took way too long to come out. We didn't get anything complicated, and the place was not that busy. The kitchen is clearly just slow. Eventually, our food arrived. It was decently prepared overall, but our friend ordered the beyond burger and made it clear that she was vegan and did not want cheese or dairy or mayonnaise. Despite this arrived with mayonnaise on it so she had to eat it with half the bun removed. The bartender eventually noticed, but at that point we were starving and she was already eating it so his kind offered to have them remake it didn't really help. The most concerning aspect was what happened to me the next day. I got the Caesar salad with the crabcake added. It had clearly gone bad. I had diarrhea for 36 hours afterwards. The only thing I had eaten earlier in the day was food at Busch Gardens, that I shared with others. No one else got sick so it had to be the crabcake. I guess it could've been the Caesar dressing, but that was for sure out of a bottle and less likely to be the source. And either case food poisoning During the drive on Sunday was not fun. I was still dealing with it by Monday morning as well. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the bartender was nice despite being overwhelmed, and he took 20% off of our bill because of the mistake made and the long wait. Eat somewhere else if you have any choice. The only reason to eat here is if Everything else has closed or you're just too tired to leave the hotel.

Now, I must say, the french fries are great!!! Theyre spirally and fresh tasting. I wasn't a fan of anything else. The "soft" pretzels were hard as all get out to the point it hurt my teeth to bite into them. Shame too because the flavor of them were good. Drinks were really good too, and the bartenders are willing to make any drink you ask. The best part of the meal... Our waiter, PEYTON! He is Truly remarkable, appreciative, down to earth, willing to help, and friendly. He even joked along with us. :) One of the BEST waiters I have ever met! Thank you, Peyton! The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the food.

As a matter of fact, this restaurant is located behind a church so chances are you'll blink and miss it like I did. Let's see how the visit went, shall we? The restaurant is spacious where you have a bar section on one side with a gaming area and hi-top tables and another section with a bar area, pool tables and seating tables where we were located. The decor is really nice (didn't get a chance to take pics) and spotless. Definitely a place where you can catch sports games and such. After our party arrived, it was time to place our orders. I selected their fish and chips (rockfish was the protein) along with red crispers and I replaced their coleslaw with green beans. Overall, the dish was really good. The fish was crispy and well seasoned and the red crispers tasted wonderful with their homemade tarter sauce as the dipper. I wasn't a big fan of the green beans as I prefer mine to be soft though. But I was plenty full with the dish overall. The reason why I gave them 4 stars was service for our group. It wasn't bad as we were attended to by the welcoming staff, but it was 3 total servers which was a little weird. One server was new and messed up some of the orders. And for one person, their dish came out a little different than how she imagined so she sent it back and paid nothing. Again, not bad service but much needed training for the new guy. Even with the slight mishaps, the drive was worth it. I could definitely go here again and try different dishes. Till next time :)

When I got to the restaurant I asked if they had horse radish: no. Au jus: yes. I wanted a piece of Carrot cake but I thought $18 was exorbitant. I opted for the pecan pie instead. The online menu said they had some crispy chicken dinner... It was no longer part of the menu when I arrived to the restaurant.. My significant other is allergic to shellfish, and does not eat pork... There weren't a lot of entrée options for him because there was pork all over the place. I did order him some salmon since he could not get the chicken. He liked the salmon. The broccoli had no flavor on it. And the brown rice pilaf was equally Bland. The brisket sandwich was ...okay... but dipping it in French onion soup calling it onion jus.... It just pissed me off. I think the menu was overpriced for tourists. The staff seemed to be doing the best they could. I guess I'll continue my hunt for the best Friend dip in Williamsburg. I'm down here a lot.
