The food was too salty and it could've been prepared better. The atmosphere was dull and the service was okay.

Wish I had of gotten the quesadilla burger. It was delish. A flavor explosion in every bite. The boneless wings were good, but I messed up. read more

Food was excellent but the service from the waitress (Princess) was exceptional. She was so pleasant and engaging. This makes such a difference to our experience. We are from Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales in the UK and could not wish for better service . Absolute pleasure to be here in the U.S. and in particular this Applebee's in Mississippi and being served by Princess! Howard & Julie Rivers read more

This is the shittiest service I've ever seen omg, it took 20 minutes to even take my order. They were not busy at all

I had the most amazing experience at this Applebee's both times I went there on a recent business trip to Jackson! The first time I went for dinner and for drinks because all of my co-workers were raving about their $2.99 GIANT house margaritas which come in a variety of flavors (margarita, strawberry, raspberry, peach and a few others I believe). The margaritas are AMAZING and HUGE. I really couldn't believe what a great deal we got on them and they made the perfect happy hour accompaniement for my friends and I as we unwound from the work day. On top of that was the incredible service at this location, I have no idea why others have complained but maybe this location has improved their service based on feedback? I was so blown away by the service I actually wrote an e-mail to their corporate office! Our waiter was Jertorious who was so fun and attentive without being in-your-face. Our drinks were never empty, we never needed something and couldn't find him, and it was overall just such a great dining experience. They also have great teamwork here, another waitress named Hannah checked on us too and was so sweet. Any time we had to step outside the host opened the door for us with a smile, the manager came and checked on us once (a very nice older woman) to make sure everything was good. We stayed for hours and just had a blast talking and enjoying ourselves. When I came back again for happy hour we sat at the bar and Ivy took care of us. She was HILARIOUS and had us laughing while also hustling to make sure we all got our drinks quickly so we could enjoy them before we had to head to the airport. I am really impressed with this location and will definitely be back next month when I'm in Jackson again, and my co-workers have already claimed it as their go-to happy hour place! read more

I tried on of their low calorie meals and it was amazing. It was the grilled chicken with the Granny Smith apples. It really surpassed my expectations. It was so good that I came back later and I tied their Trio Fajitas, they were disgusting. I will never order Fajitas from here again. My coworker had their sandwich burger thing and said it was amazing. So 2/3 meals were really good so ill give them the benefit of the doubt and stick with four stars. Staff was very friendly and the place was pretty clean. Prices were good ( except the fajitas ) I would recommend coming here for a quick lunch or dinner. read more

It was a horrible experience. We ordered spinach dip, a bud light and a mixed drink. we received the food before our drinks after asking the server and the bartender. The lady bar tender simply said I have like 20 tickets Im getting to you.... but yet all of her tables and guests had multiple drinks before we received ours! Finally after 30 minutes we received our steaks and one had to be sent back bc it was undercooked. The server was the only pleasant thing about our visit. The general manager voided off the steak that we didn't eat and acted as if he did us a favor. The GM was very apologetic and wanted to know the problem and ultimately it was the BARTENDER! She clearly was only concerned with her tables and not the other servers and their guests. We will NEVER be eating there again. read more

Let me preface this comment with the following. I knew that my wait was going to be longer than a hour and that this location was short on waiter staff. The wait to be sitted was not the problem nor the twenty minutes sitting at a table. It was the twenty minutes sitting and not acknowledged by the server who did come to work. The server assigned to the area walked past us not once, not twice, not three times, but too many times. No I'll be right with you or even looked our way. So enough was enough - so we left. I had already given tooooo much of my time. The care of the facilities and the COVID measures taken are evident, but the services and consideration for the patrons time is unacceptable. Will NOT be coming back. Pretty sure this family money won't make a difference. read more

Terrible service by Mariah W as per receipt. Server asked about drinks so I ordered a margarita, then she finally came back and asked about food. After she brought the food my drink still hasn't been made. I ate the food, no water was offered. She never brought my drink and didn't once check on me. Never even said a word. Very rude. I sat there and watched her serve others and not one time did she come to my table and asked whether I needed anything else or anything. I had to flag the hostess down just to get my check. Horrible. Won't be back for a while if ever. read more

Thank you Applebee's for honoring veterans with a special dinner for us. There was a selected menu. I picked the meat and potatoes and my wife got the all American burger. The food was wonderful, specially the burger. I'm jealous I didn't get to the burger. I think they have bacon bits rolled into the pattie, the result is a great crunch and a hickory taste. Also there was a letter from a little girl named zana? Not too sure of the spelling. She thanked our service to the country and was so sweet to take the time to write a letter. I of course wrote back being so touched by her words. I know America is going through some challenges but at the end of day im so proud to be an American and honored to serve. God bless America. read more

I write these reviews and not because I want anything and we live in a world that's so broken. My daughter came out on Sunday we went to the reservoir boating after that we decided to go to Applebee's. We made it there at about 3.35pm we ordered at 340 whatever we wanted advertisers it was happy hour. We were overcharged for the drinks that were supposed to be $5 our waitress just started that day sorry management was standing by. They walk past us it took over an hour for us to get our food I literally watched a couple come in behind us and order the same thing and got their food in 15 minutes and drinks. Every cup every drink we had ice had melted glass was sweating ice had melted . You see no matter how well dressed educated and successful we are just another black face to even other black people. This idiot have the nerve enough to tell us he giving us $25 off. After an hour and a half wait but he didn't even do that then he went back and tacked on additional miscellaneous feet you won't have any good luck when you treat people like that pretty ridiculous because my reviews go a long way stop judging people by the color of their skin but the content of that character. And by the way nobody checked on us no management upper management nothing people are comfortable with mistreatment and doing people wrong. read more

Not only did we not see our waitress after we placed or order, or order came out wrong. The young lady that bright the food didn't even know what it was. Really? Do you not know your own menu? My friend's order was completely wrong, and my steak was well done, not medium rare. She refused to eat hers, but I was starving and was not going to wait for a recook. We had empty glasses the entire time. I had to choke down the over cooked steak that was full of gristle. I finally flagged someone down and asked for a manager. After the manager arrived, I simply asked for two glasses of water and our check. She brought both, and it wasn't until we were leaving that we saw our waitress again. I realize this is Applebee's. It's not a 5 star establishment, but you expect a decent meal. This was beyond rediculous. Now I remember why I don't eat there. read more

Food was good but service was terrible. Such a low star because the lady that seated us,Mary, was very rude. She yelled at us because we did not hear her from across the room. Then an elderly couple came in and she told them where to sit, when they sat down she told them to stand back up, that they were in her way. Other then her everything was pleasant. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to Applebee's but it was pretty good. The spinach dip is very good. We enjoyed our meal.

I don't really eat at Apple Bee's but I have family members who love it. I went here expecting the worst and actually got pretty good food and service. It was after 11 when I went and I sat at the bar and the bar tender/server was friendly and got my order right. The good was really good. My only complaint would the drink specials, it did not really have any alcohol in it but it was refreshing to drink though. I would definitely come back on this Apple Bees if I was in the Flowood area good and was looking for a late night meal. read more

Honestly, Applebee's used to be good food in the 90s and 2000s. Like most franchise chains with greedy corporate ceo's at the top, quality suffers in the name of profits or "keeping up with inflation".. Well, I will not let my taste buds, nor stomach suffer from such bs excuses. Applebee's is obviously food that you will find in the frozen food section of the grocery store. The chicken is rubbery and will make you think it is not fully cooked. Shrimp is subpar, about the same as banquet frozen fried shrimp. Awfulbee's is what I have come to call this place after numerous back to back bad/subpar experiences. Avoid. read more

I am a fan of Applebee's and the food is usually good in Louisiana, however this Flowood Mississippi location was horrible. I have been sick with what I assume is food poisoning since midnight after eating their Sunday night. Something told me not to go but it was a special occasion for me.
